Pros:

Clean, good service, everything great with a lot of amenities. The only thing the size of the room could be a bit bigger but that's the standard in Japan. We understand, they have a lot of amenities whatever you need, was great and the area is amazing. I Recommended

Ganz solides, gut gelegenes Business-Hotel
Pros:

Alles, was man von einem Business-Hotel braucht. Ob Zahnbürste, Rasierer, Cremes, Shampoo, Waschlappen, Hausschuhe oder diverse Tees oder Kaffee - alles kostenlos vorhanden. Der Eingang ist ganz unscheinbar in einer Seitenstraße. Wenn man Frühstück mitbucht, kann man sich jeden Tag eine von 3 Lokalitäten aussuchen. Die eine ist im selben Gebäude im Erdgeschoss (Panini, Salat, Kaffee oder Tee), eine ist auf dem 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernten Toyosu Fischmarkt (Sashimi, Misosuppe, grüner Tee) und die dritte noch wo anders (habe ich nicht besucht). Den Aufzug kann man ab der Rezeption nur mit der Zimmerkarte benutzen, was zusätzliche Sicherheit bietet. Check-in kann man auch am Automaten machen (auch auf englisch möglich). Check-out braucht man gar nicht machen, nur die Zimmerkarte in eine extra Box einwerfen. Drumherum sind überall Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, ebenso wie Bushaltestelle und U-Bahn-Station. Wer als Paar hinfährt, sollte wissen, dass die Zimmer nicht sehr groß sind, aber das ist ja bei allen Business-Hotels so.

Pros:

築地駅から歩いて行きましたが、宿泊者が利用出来るエレベーターでフロントまで行ける事を知らなかったので、表通りの階段で2階まで荷物を持ち上りました。
自動チェックインなのは良い、その後はスムーズに過ごすことができました。
何よりも築地市場が近いので、食べ歩きするのに最高です。すぐ隣にコンビニも有りますし、お隣の音など聞こえづらく爆睡出来ました。
が、水回り関係、お風呂の水ハケがとにかく悪い。全く流れていきません。トイレの水洗音もあまりよろしくない。
そこだけが残念でしたが、立地面は最高です。
一人で利用するのには丁度良い広さですが、二人だと少し狭いかもしれません。

Well located reasonably priced
Pros:

Second time goind to this hotel and it will most likely be for the next time. These are not the largest rooms unless you have a corner one with two twin beds but there are big enough. What I like the most is the location.

旅館乾淨舒適，要去有明體育館很方便
Pros:

旅館門口有公車站可以搭公車到有明體育館看比賽或演唱會
周圍5分鐘腳程有地下鐵交通很方便
樓下就是lawson，宵夜零食也很方便
過條馬路就是築地市場，觀光旅遊也很輕鬆
旅館很整潔舒適，

Pros:

築地場外、地下鉄駅、コンビニ、カフェに近く、ロケーションは良いです。部屋は狭いです。スーツケースを広げると、身動きしづらくなります。バスルームも男性にはコンパクト過ぎるかもしれません。
欲を言えば、部屋の準備が出来ているのであれば、早めにチェックインさせてもらいたかったです。
