Pros:

宿泊者なのに温泉の入浴が有料(1回600円)には驚いた！
しかも1回600円なので、夜と朝入浴した場合は1,200円となる。
あと部屋内にコバエが多すぎる！

古い建物ですが、広々としていて快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフさんの対応も良く、値段的にもリーズナブルでした。軽井沢の中心地からは少し離れていますが、車で来られる方には、さほど気にならない程度の距離でした。

Pros:

子供が多いのでメゾネットタイプの部屋は広々していてとても良かったです。シャワーヘッドが壊れていたのを連絡したらすぐに交換してくれてスタッフの方の対応も凄く良かったです。
また機会があれば利用したいです。

Pros:

We checked in at 8pm and the attitude of the receptionist was rude. Also our reservation of the room cannot
be provided per our request. We have no choice but to stay in separated rooms far from each others. The food was not good with very little choices in breakfast.

Pros:

家族の多い我が家にはお部屋が広くよかったです。
エアコンをつけなくても快適に過ごせました。

フロントのある建物はペット連れの方が宿泊できるみたいで鳴き声と臭いが多少気になりました。
犬とか苦手な方は避けた方がいいかもしれません。

Pros:

静かな別荘地にあるホテルで、朝の森の中の散歩が気持ちよかった。鳥や虫の鳴き声しか聞こえない静かな雰囲気に癒されました。
建物は若干古いですが、従業員さんの態度もとてもよく、共有スペースでも子供たちが遊べる玩具も置いてある、息子もよ転んでいました。

清掃は出来ていない。ソファーの下から綿ボコりと大きなくもの死がい。
建物に行くまでの道路のでこぼこや亀裂。
孫達が何度も転んだ。

リゾート環境は抜群。ファミリー向けの施設。
Pros:

自然環境的には、緑あふれるリゾート内で、快適であった。部屋も広く、2階で、満足。
ただし、建物が古く、また室内(特に寝室)がややかび臭く、またトイレにウォシュレットは無かった。
当方の確認不足かもしれないが、寝巻き類も無く、子供を含めた人数の多いファミリー向けには良いが、夫婦二人には、ホテル棟の方が利用するには良いと思った。

Pros:

一人旅での滞在でしたが、ゆったり過ごす事が出来ました。食事も美味しかったです。
初めてだったので、入口からホテルまでの経路がわかりにくく、迷ってしまいそうでした。もう少し、案内板が有ればと思いました。またお世話になりたいと思っています。
