Location was great, easy to get to and facilities were all clean. Fellow guests were all lovely when chatting to them and it was nice to have the common rooms
Bathroom keys were a bit of a pain, wasn't clear which was for which door and then the doors felt like they weren't locked. Room was very warm and bit noisy, slept with the fan on all night. But an enjoyable stay for one night.

Quarto muito pequeno, a janela dava para uma área coberta onde fica a saída de emergência. Essa área estava completamente imunda, impossibilitando a abertura da janela. Não dava para ver o céu dessa janela. Ambiente um tanto quanto claustrofóbico. O banheiro eu já sabia que era privativo porém separado do quarto. Mas em lugar nenhum dizia que a ducha era em um lugar e o toalete em outro. Muito incômodo e nada prático para o dia a dia. Além disso, o quarto e “os banheiros” não foram limpos sequer um dia de sete dias que eu fiquei hospedado. O café da manhã era apenas cereais e leite, as vezes tinha pão e um dia só teve queijo. Tem muito a melhorar e principalmente deixar claro na descrição da hospedagem.

Tegenover de emergency, wat voor geluidsoverlast zorgde en locatie leek soort opvang voor allerlei mensen, dit was ongemakkelijk. Als ontbijt stond er wat brood en wat ontbijtgranen, erg karig en van personeel hebben we niemand gezien gedurende hele tijd
Location and comfort are always premium
We stayed in the King 9 room which had a very comfortable king size bed, an en-suite, mini fridge, coffee machine and good size flat screen smart TV.
The biggest bonus was we could bring our non shedding dog. Ange was very helpful and had great communication.
There is nothing not to like! Just be aware this accommodation is not top end luxury 5 star, but it is a very comfortable family run business that is in the heart of Hobart

Separate bathroom rather than ensuite but it was fine
casual easy accessible free breakfast and easy to leave your bags early before stay or after stay
Big comfortable beds, easy attitude
Comfortable bed and bedding ,nicely presented , the room was fresh and clean , a short walk down the hall to private toilet/shower one assigned to each room means you can leave your toiletries safely behind a locked door . Nice dining area and functional kitchen with a great selection of cereals, milks, bread and spreads . Immaculately clean throughout. A few minutes walk from town centre .
A hidden gem .
Nothing to dislike - situated across from the hospital and in the city so occasional outside noise , but nothing compared to 24 hour noise in Bangkok or Manhattan . Easy to get back to sleep because it’s quiet and peaceful inside .
