Calidad-precio y ubicación insuperable, aunque instalaciones mejorables
Pros:

La ubicación buenísima, al lado de la plaza del popolo y muy bien conectada con el resto de la ciudad, una habitación cómoda, con buen espacio y una relación calidad precio insuperable.

Cons:

Al llegar horas antes del check-in nos cobraron 10 euros por poder entrar antes, cuando la habitación ya estaba preparada. La luz del baño bastante escasa y al ser automática se encendía con el mínimo movimiento y hacía un ruido molesto. La ducha tenía moho y en general había bastantes desperfectos, aparte el agua salía o hirviendo o no salía. Un microondas anuque sea en las zonas comunes no vendría nada mal.

La posizione era ottima

Cons:

Igiene pessima, la porta cadeva a pezzi, lenzuola sporche abbiamo quindi chiesto un cambio di lenzuola e non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta, lavandino rotto e infine il rumore fastidioso della lavatrice.

Cons:

La peggiore struttura in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Evitate se potete perché c’è di meglio per questo prezzo. All’aperto sera non potevamo farci la doccia visto che l’acqua calda funzionava solo alla mattina. La cosa più fastidiosa era la luce con la ventola automatica che si spegnava solo quando chiudevi la porta del bagno. Il pavimento, il battiscopa e il bordo del letto erano rovinati.

Affittacamere senza presidio
Pros:

Il pregio principale è che ogni mattina vengono dati due rotoli di carta igienica nuovi invece di uno, come fanno altre strutture.

Cons:

La cosa peggiore è che non c'è nessuno in struttura, quindi poca trasparenza nel metodo di check-in, 3 codici per entrare nella propria stanza (uno al portone dabbasso, il secondo per la porta dell'appartamento, il terzo per la camera). Estremamente frustrante. Tentando di gestire un contrattempo che coinvolgeva la prenotazione su Booking, la struttura non ha dato nessuna risposta alle mail.

Pros:

Per brevi soggiorni va più che bene , check-in svolto in maniera autonoma, ascensore presente

Cons:

Nel periodo che ho soggiornato faceva un forte caldo a Roma e nella stanza era presente un condizionatore ma vedevo che non riusciva a raffreddare l'ambiente più di tanto, quindi sotto questo aspetto ho patito un pochino

Pros:

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro e all'Auditorium Parco della Musica.
Comodo il servizio senza contatto, il prezzo è relativamente basso per la posizione.
Le stanze sono un po' datate ma in generale come appoggio per una notte se non hai particolari pretese può andare bene.

Cons:

Info sulle modalità nel messaggio automatico che inviano su Booking non corrette: non leggono o rispondono alle mail e il numero segnalato qui non è corretto. Tassa di soggiorno di 6 euro invece che 3.50 come scritto sulla prenotazione, stanza trascurata, bagno poco funzionante.

Illegal practice
Pros:

Good location, clean room, everything you need as a tourist.

Cons:

Sick to write a price on Booking and then ask you to pay more via PayPal for a "tax"... Obviously, chatting through WhatsApp to ask the id card and a proof of payment is not so professional. It's nice to use a platform but not respecting any rules of the platform.
