This hotel is very affordable and you get what you pay for. We were very happy overall and would stay here again!
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights. It’s in a great location, only across the street from the railway station and has a great restaurant up the road. The room was clean and the staff were helpful in letting us drop off our luggage before our checkin time!

Cons:

The room was small, as to be expected. The bed was quite firm and the lights from the train station did partially light up the room during the night, although we did not mind.

安さを取るならありかなという感じ。
Pros:

ディズニーリゾートのためにとにかく安く！で利用しました。駅から体感で徒歩5分もかからないほど近く、潮見ｰ舞浜間も短いので立地はいいと思います。周辺にもスーパーやチェーンの飲食店があるのでコンビニだけより充実している印象です。

Cons:

清潔かどうかは分かりません。洗面台のコップを使うと裏？底？に黒いカビのようなものが付着していてとても不快でした。基本的に自分でなんでも持っていく人なら問題ないかと思います。

お世話になりました。
Pros:

加湿機能付き空気清浄機や混合水栓など、設備が整っている。
朝食弁当は🍙二つにおかずとお茶が付いて、¥500に対するコスパ良い。

Cons:

コーヒーや冷水、アイスベンダーなどが無い。
泊まった部屋のユニットバスは、微かに排水口の臭いがした。
