Grausam, wir haben das Hotel noch nach Besichtigung der Zimmer gewechselt.

Alle Zimmer sind verdreckt, schimmel an der Decke, Tote fliegen in den Schränken und gebrauchte Tücher neben den Gläsern. Der Putz kommt von den Decken herunter, die Zimmer sind nicht desinfiziert und aufbereitet. Das Wasser ist kalt und läuft aus dem Rohr am Waschbecken heraus.

Alle Zimmer sind verdreckt, schimmel an der Decke, Tote fliegen in den Schränken und gebrauchte Tücher neben den Gläsern. Der Putz kommt von den Decken herunter, die Zimmer sind nicht desinfiziert und aufbereitet. Das Wasser ist kalt und läuft aus dem Rohr am Waschbecken heraus. Uns wurden weitere 2 Zimmer angeboten die total gestunken haben, wo das putzzeug noch rumstand, betten nicht gemacht waren. Auf den Kopfkissen lag der Putz von der Decke. Keine Fernbedienung garnichts. Die Fenster verdreckt und verstaubt. Der Gastgeber hat meine Stornierung abgelehnt und mir mein Geld nicht zurück gegeben. Dieses Hotel sollte dicht gemacht werden das ist unzumutbar in so einem Zimmer zu schlafen! Vor lauter aufregung haben wir keine Bilder gemacht wir sind sofort gefahren und haben anderes Hotel gesucht weil es spät Abend war. Der Mitarbeiter hat selber gesagt das dieses Hotel dreckig ist und verkommen. Er hat sich entschuldigt und sich sichtlich dafür geschämt. Er hat eine Email an den Chef verfasst dieser hat sie wohl ignoriert. Gebt 30€ mehr aus und sucht euch was vernünftiges! Die Bilder die hier drin sind, entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit ! Das ist Betrug und sollte sofort gemeldet werden!

Cons:

a bathroom wall tile fell off while I was inside the bathroom. This was a clear safety incident and could have resulted in serious injury.

I reported the issue immediately and requested a room change on multiple occasions, explaining that I did not feel safe. I was informed that no alternative room was available. Despite this, the condition remained unresolved.

Given the objective safety risk, I consider the accommodation unacceptable for the period paid.

I am therefore requesting a full refund for the stay. I would prefer to resolve this directly with you, without escalating the matter to Booking.com or other authorities.

Please confirm your position within 48 hours.
