Clean, comfy, perfect location.
Pros:

We loved it was directly located on the boardwalk, staff were friendly and kind. They offered plenty of bath and pool towels upon request. The pool was clean and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

The elevators took a bit of time. There are doors from the stairwells that are not locked and are not badge access so anyone could just walk in the building essentially. The pool was indoor and very small. It would be nice if there was an outdoor pool as well. You had to pay for parking and sometimes still had to park a block and a half back. Lot's of Jellyfish in the ocean in July and August because the water is warmer. Two of the four days the kids could not get in the ocean. Obviously this is not the hotel's fault but I think it is worth noting. There was a bit of a smell in the hallways at times and the hallways were not well ventilated nor air conditioned.

Good for a short weekend stay
Pros:

Oceanfront view was pretty good, everything was clean ocean front rooms were updated. Not sure about the others.

Cons:

The fact you have to pay to park there when you already purchased a room is kind of weird, elevators were probably the worst
