Great location, friendly stuff
Very clean and tidy, nice, central location, very good mattress /great sleep, parking reservation available. Great personnel! In the morning of our checkout day we had to go to the city in order to sign a contract and we didn’t know if we’d make it back by 12:00, to get our car out of the parking. The manager was a lovely lady who told us not to worry at all and gave us the couple of hours we might need for the parking, without extra charge! Finally, it took us only about 20-30 minutes more but it was a great relief not to have to park in the street, since the parking system rather does not work for foreigners. The manager also kindly asked us if we needed anything else (toilet, water or anything). Also, I had forgotten in the room a small item of sentimental and religious value for me and the maid, a nice lady, saved it and returned it to me! This is the sort of kindness and care and the spirit of hospitality a guest would wish for. It is not always available everywhere else, but certainly present here, at VIKO!
Everything was perfect!
נמצא במיקום טוב,המארחים משתדלים לדאוג לאורחים,מקום נקי בדירה יש הכל
האינטרנט חלש
In the center city ,spacious, clean apartment with private parking in a quiet area. Varied breakfast. Recommended!
Всичко беше перфектно.
Най-вече - персоналът. Обслужване, съдействие във всяко отношение, професионализъм.
Room is spaceus and clean, stuff is polite and accomodating, we had. no issues
Everyone is raving about the breakfast, it's nothing special.
The rooms are spacy and clean but old. It has small kitchen, laundry, oven, so it was adequately equipped.
Quiet neighborhood.
The AC was not functioning properly in our room. Full cold, full power, could barely keep the temp at a desired cooling level.
The breakfast was less than poor, very basic stuff. Expected something more from a boutigue hotel.
The location even though central you need 15+ fast pace walk to reach at the nearest metro. Tram is very near though.
The sofa-bed was very uncomfortable.
All these wouldnt be a factor if price was low. But for the 460euros /2day stay i expected way more amenities.
Много тихо и на удобно място
Много приятен хотел ,в тиха улица ,с чудесна локация . Препоръчвам.
Sehr saubere, geräumige Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, sehr gutes Frühstück
La pulizia ed il comfort dell appartamento
A very good hotel. The staff assistance was excellent and assisted us on everything we needed. In particular, Daisy was very responsive in respect to getting a quiet room in a high floor. We stayed in room 504 which is very comfortable, with a lot of space, all the standard facilities and very quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel location is fairly good, not far from a metro station and walking distance from Vitosha boulevard. To other main attractions you may need to travel (taxis are cheap in Sofia). Very recommended.
Nothing. Everything was good. We had an excellent stay in this hotel.
