Pros:

Чудесно разположение, възможност за паркиране на кола в частен паркинг на хотела, изключително любезен персонал, отлична хигиена и предложения за закуска.

Cons:

Имахме малки проблеми с неработеща карта за елток на контактите, но персоналът се справи изключително бързо с проблема. Препоръчвам да коригирате качеството на Wi-Fi

Hotel tres pratique, calme et bien situe
Pros:

Boutique hôtel confortable et bien situe a quelques minutes a pieds du centre-ville.
Le personnel est souriant et accueillant.

Cons:

Seul petit bemol il ne faut pas avoir une trop grosse voiture pour certaines places de parking

Clean cozy and comfortable
Pros:

The place was really clean and the bathroom had lots of towels which is great. The room was pretty small but very cozy.

Cons:

Only minuses about the place is that there is no AC and the tv is really old so you can’t watch netflix or youtube but thats not that big of a deal.

Комфорт, чистота и много добро обслужване
Pros:

Прекрасен престой! Хотелът предлага луксозна и много уютна обстановка, отлично поддържана чистота и комфорт. Обслужването беше на много високо ниво – персоналът е любезен, внимателен и винаги готов да помогне. Закуската е богата, вкусна и добре поднесена. Местоположението също е много удобно. С удоволствие бих отседнал отново и силно препоръчвам хотела.

Pros:

Местоположение, комната очень хорошая и качественная мебель.

Cons:

Не очень хороший душ.
Уборка номера просто катастрофа. 2 дня нажимали кнопку уборка номера, никто не пришёл. На третий день попросили убрать номер, мусор весь остался, пепельница осталась полная. Персонал по уборке не соответствует уровня отеля.
