An excellent stay in Sofia
Pros:

A very good hotel. The staff assistance was excellent and assisted us on everything we needed. In particular, Daisy was very responsive in respect to getting a quiet room in a high floor. We stayed in room 504 which is very comfortable, with a lot of space, all the standard facilities and very quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel location is fairly good, not far from a metro station and walking distance from Vitosha boulevard. To other main attractions you may need to travel (taxis are cheap in Sofia). Very recommended.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was good. We had an excellent stay in this hotel.

Pros:

Apartamentul mare, paturile foarte comfortabile, lenjerii curate. Micul dejun deosebit de bun si diversificat.Parcarea subterana este un mare plus, desi este extra cost.

Cons:

Mocheta din camera ar mai trebui putin curatata, pe alocuri era patata.

Lovely staff and comfortable stay!
Pros:

Comfortable spacious room and bed. Lovely Mountain View from the balcony. Staff was very helpful and professional!

Cons:

Some of the electrics weren’t working and require a little attention. The towel rail in the bathroom remained cold and hence was dripping with condensation. The balcony door did not have a handle on the outside which made it hard to shut and keep cigarette smoke from escaping into the room

Pros:

The location was excellent, on a quiet side street. Front desk staff was efficient, the check-in was fast and they offered me upgraded apartment without additional charge. I got a very big and clean apartment with a nice balcony. The bed was huge and comfortable and there was zero street noise. The bathroom was also nice and big. It had everything you needed, from shampoo, toothbrushes, shower gel, and even the sewing kit. Breakfast was okay and had everything you need it just repeated itself every morning.
