Pros:

номер чистый, кровать и подушки удобные.
персонал очень приветливый, дал нам распечатанную карту города, отметил так основные достопримечательности города, хорошие и не дорогие рестораны рядом.
взяли по предложению персонала завтрак за 6,5 евро, в целом остались довольны, поскольку в кафе рядом можно получить завтрак и по дороже. завтрак включал чай/кофе, апельсиновый сок (не свежевыжатый), йогурт/фруктовое пюре, круассан и свежий багет с маслом, джемом и медом.

Cons:

винтовая лестница не совсем удобна если у вас большой багаж.

Hôtel simple , proche avec un personnel chaleureux et très bien placé !

L’hôtel est très bien placé sur le vieux port Les Chambres sont propres et bien entretenues. Le personnel est agréable et souriant. J’ai été très bien accueilli. C’est la première fois que je rentre dans un hôtel et que je passe 1/2 heure à la réception à parler de ma passion avec le réceptionniste ! Clin d’œil au fan de Tennis! J’ai adoré 😊
Hôtel silencieux.
Petit déjeuner simple mais avec un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Le rideau de douche et même si ce n’est pas gênant pour moi , attention pas d’ascenseur

Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado en el puerto viejo de La Rochelle y la verdad es que dormimos de maravilla. El personal fue muy amable.

Cons:

Pagué algo más por una habitación doble con vistas pero nos ubicaron en la habitación triple de la primera planta sin ninguna explicación. Aunque da al puerto, no tiene ninguna vista ya que queda a la altura de los árboles. Una pena, de haberlo sabido hubiera reservado la más económica. La habitación es muy pequeña, tanto que para pasar a uno de los lados de la cama rozas la pared, y está muy sucia del uso, deberían pintar y tal vez poner una cama 5cm más corta.

Perfect hotel in a central location
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a central location. Great room on a high floor with beautiful harbour view. Sandrine and Jean-Baptiste were a pleasure to deal with. Plenty of restaurants/cafes/bars close by.

Nous avons passez un super séjour ; et, nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à La Rochelle
Pros:

Tout était parfait ! de l'accueil par Jean Baptiste hyper gentil, dévoué et attentionné ; le veilleur de nuit très attentionné également ; qui prend l'initiative de vous appeler le soir, s'il ne vous a pas vu pour récupérer l'insuline qui est dans son frigo. Quant à la Patronne, le matin au petit déjeuner est une bouffée d'oxygène pour vous mettre en forme pour la journée. (Pour ma part ; j'aime bien ma tranquillité au réveil, et ne pas trop parler) mais ça ce n'est que Moi. Car cette Dame est pleine d'empathie . Et Adorable !

Ce n'est pas que je n'ai pas apprécié ; car tout était parfait. MAIS JUSTE UNE SUGGESTION .Pour les diabétiques
Proposer des biscottes à la place du pain, si ce n'est pas trop compliqué pour la gestion ?
