Hotel muito bem localizado, com estacionamento, perto do centro. Excelente café da manhã. Equipe atenciosa. Quarto amplo e reformado, confortável e com sacada. Há bicicletas disponíveis. Restaurante recomendável.
Falta aquecimento no banheiro, o que é relevante na serra gaúcha. A torneira da pia merece ser substituída.
Atendimento e localização. Instalações e café da manhã excelentes! Funcionários bem treinados, gentis e bem informados. Sala social com lareira e diversos livros à disposição, espaço para crianças simples e adequado.
O hotel é no centro da cidade, lugar silencioso, cama confortável, sala com lareira muito aconchegante, proprietários atenciosos e simpáticos, limpeza nota 10, café da manhã muito bom e diversificado, enfim, tudo de bom.
A única coisa que notei de negativo foi que a ducha higiênica estava estragada.
