Adequate for a very short stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good and there was a fair spread. Location to the station is also not bad, you can either walk it or take a short bus ride

Cons:

The room wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was water/liquid type marks on the headboard. Also there was a damp smell in the room.

If you can afford it, it’s a great place to stay
Pros:

The rooms were lovely and comfortable.

Cons:

I didn’t particularly care for the toiletry products that they had. The parking was a complete pain. And the room was extremely expensive for one night.

Good for a one night quick pit stop. I would not stay here again.
Pros:

We arrived late and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The fold out sofa was extremely stained and had several spots of what appeared to be mold. The queen bed felt damp. And someone threw up outside the door across from us.

It was a comfortable stay.
Pros:

We appreciated being close to downtown.

Cons:

We really appreciate when the breakfasts have ceramic dishware and silverware. We hate plastic and styrofoam.

Will stay again!
Pros:

It’s conveniently located across the street from Mass Mutual Center. I recommend staying here when attending an event. The room was nice and clean. There were a lot of options provided for breakfast.

Cons:

The parking lot is two blocks away. We didn’t mind because it was safe and already planned to go places within walking distance.
