Hotel was clean . Staff was friendly
Pros:

I liked how the staff immediately took care of the issue we had. They gave us our room. When we opened the door there was still guest in the room. Embarrass. However the lady at the front desk was very apologetic. And did upgrade our room for our stay.

Cons:

The room was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was it was noisy due to being by Main Street. And parking was a bit of a problem.

Clean comfortable room

Cons:

No parking at the end of the night . Had no choice but to park at casino to then walk to hotel because hotel parking were all taken. This hotel was booked due to day stay surgery that I had Friday so walking was supposed to be a no. Getting dropped off to then find parking was also a ni since I needed help to walk. Horrible experience.

It was clean

Cons:

My flight left a day ahead of time and I was told I would not be charged. I checked out on 2-22-26 at 4:30 am due to storm and airport would be closed.
Didn't have television until 5:00 pm on 2-21-26 because the remote was broken.

Great vaiue, amenities, and staff
Pros:

Great value for money. Well-appointed rooms: comfortable bed, bathroom amenities include full size Dove products. Lots of light in room including reading lights positioned over bed. Breakfast was a nice surprise including a variety of hot and cold options. Hot options changed daily during our stay. Easy access to highway. And, if visiting the casino is on your list, it is a five minute walk. Very helpful staff.

10/10. Great quality and great size. Very cozy.
Pros:

Location was great. Rooms are very nice and large. Very roomy.

Cons:

Maybe the parking closer. Having to walk in the snow and cold stinks. I know there isn’t much you can do about it but it’s really the only complaint. E sry tho g else was great.
