DoubleTree by Hilton Jeddah Al Andalus Mall

My first experience in Saudi Arabia. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Directly connected to the mall. Great.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and enjoyed the location next to the Andalus mall, including several coffee shops and a big food court. I picked up some groceries from Panda and enjoyed the walking distance back to my room nice and easy. Breakfast was very good with variety of cheese and hot platters in addition to the eggs cooking corner. People and service are great, always trying to help and smiling all the time. A very special thank you note for Mostafa at the concierge and Essam at the breakfast restaurant. I would come back in a heart beat on my next visit insha Allah.

Hotel is so bad and AC not working and bad smell coming out from the carpet and we couldn't sleep in the room and the general manger don't give a dam bout the guest his name Hamed ...and I go down 3 am to ask for help no one was there ..my advice never come to this hotel

My wife and I booked a room at the Andalus Mall hotel in Jeddah from 11 to 13 January 2025. However, we were surprised when we were given a handicapped room with very low bed and very inconvenient bathroom. The problem was fixed after our complaint and we were given a wonderful room. But the room was not safe as door could be opened without a key card.
The staff is very professional and welcoming. The proximity of the Andalus Mall is a plus to the hotel.
Apart from our first experience with the handicapped room, it was a pleasant stay.

Amazing location with direct way to Alandalus Mall with great option for shopping and dinning or entertainment
The front desk Mr. Abdulrahman was very helpful and making amazing upgrade to 2 bedroom suite which was very huge space with 2 toilets and kitchen fully equipped with coffee machine and dishwasher
The hotel was quite and feel very comfortable
There was dinner open buffet but we were full so we didn’t try it
There is an amazing swimming pool outdoors
It was the first time to stay here but we enjoyed it

This hotel has been recently (Dec. 2023) added to the 'Hilton Hotel-family', probably to have more Hilton hotels in Jeddah. It is an old(er) hotel that definitely needs an upgrade; the carpets in the hallways are dirty, the bathroom-furniture is outdated and old-fashioned. But the rooms are spacious and quiet. The location is not superb, allthough connected to the AlAndalus-mall and close to the more modern AlSalaam mall, located at the other side of the road. But if you want to be closer to the Corniche (coast), it's about 20-25min. away. The staff was very helpful and kind.
Just accross the road is the Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib-hospital; since they are working on the exteriors of the hospital, (Uber/Bolt-)taxi-drivers may have difficulty finding the entrance of the hotel.

Very nice hotel, Big rooms, clean and very good Services.

Well located, there is a mall Next to It, and well comunicated from all the city.
20 min from the airport and almost in the center of Jeddah.

It was my first time here, but I'll come back. I like the hotel, the workers, the service a lot.

I had a great stay at Alandalus Mall Hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location within the mall was convenient. I highly recommend it for a pleasant and convenient stay in Jeddah.

The elevators has a bad smell, and the TV in the room was not connected to the Internet and we couldn’t watch anything. Otherwise, the hotel is good and I may recommend it and stay in it every time I visit Jeddah .

Alandulus mall is çökse to shopping mall, hotel staff is very kind and helpful

Was a great stay and hotel is beautiful , although renovation is required . The location is great with access to mall . Would definitely visit the hotel again in my next visit to Jeddah . Thanks to the staff

I felt very satisfied in this hotel and the cleanliness of the room and the location was really good also the stuff were helpful and the restaurant It was satisfying but But the food prices were very high .
