Nice stay
Pros:

This condo is very nice and spacious. The amenities are also very good. It was only missing a washer and dryer.

Beautiful place with amazing conceirge
Pros:

This place was stunning. The villa was huge, 2 bedrooms and large kitchen. The ceilings were massive creating a really open feeling. The concierge was always there to help you answer any questions. The marina had a lot of construction but the noise wasn’t an issue.

The property was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The staff was attentive and couldn’t be more helpful. The restaurants on the marina were also very good.

Amazing place. We love Johnney, our concierge, as she took care of us like family. The restaurants were great. We cannot wait to be back with the new pool!

Marina was great. Plenty of great food options, specially FDA on the lower lever for breakfast. It’s a 10 minutes walk to town and taxis are always available.

Great location, pretty marina and nice views.
Pros:

Location is perfect, close to Manuel Antonio Park, on the marina with restaurants and shops just underneath, but not loud. Nice apartment with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nice view. Pool is ok. Nice kitchen. Reserved parking spot in the garage downstairs, which is nice.

Cons:

The 2nd bedroom isn't really a bedroom. It doesn't have a window. It's a little claustrophobic. I think it's actually supposed to be an office.
And the AC is VERY noisy, and you can't turn it off. It was a problem at night when it stopped and started again and woke us up.
