Happy staying at hue

Great place to stay in Boracay
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and great vibe. The beach is 4 minutes down the road next to all the great restaurants

Amazing staff wonderful hotel
Pros:

The service here was exceptional. LJ at the front desk was very kind and helpful. James the lifeguard made us feel very safe and welcome. Everyone here went above and beyond and made our stay comfortable and memorable. We will never forget it. If you want to stay at a fun, safe, clean and well organized hotel make sure to stay here

Hue- June 1st week
Pros:

Location and room is good.
1 elevator was not working during our stay.
Bfrast was so so…
Pool area good and other amenities like the play area and place to play and tambay was a great idea.
Laud staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Room service( requested for water several times) was fast too. Lifeguard was friendly also. And the lady in the playarea for the kids was very pleasant.

Everything was OK for the price we paid.

Needs to improve on Customer Service
Pros:

Location: Accessible to transportation, walking distance to beach.
Relaxed atmosphere during daytime. The lobby has open space once you enter the hotel.
We were attended to immediately at the check in area at 10am, the staff said the room is still not available and will send a text message once available. I followed up at 1pm after going up at the kids play area and eating lunch, my husband and I with my son, sat on their chair to wait, however after 2pm when more guests started coming in, the staff forgot about following through my family, I have a 2 yr old son who already fell asleep while waiting for the room which they said is still not available at 2 pm. We were given the room access only at around 3:30pm. There was also an issue about the wristband availablity, the concierge staff had to go back to the lobby to get 2 pieces of wristband.
The Room was spacious, clean, cool AC. Comfortable King Bed.
Staff courtesy and friendliness needs improvement.

Good stay, however for a little more you could stay at Hennan
Pros:

Excellent pool for families, however quite a few broken tiles in the pool. Extra large bed, really comfortable. En-suite shower was brilliant. A variety of eateries appended to the hotel. Lots of free activities for families.

Cons:

Breakfast variety was limited. The heat from the sunshine made our room quite hot, we had to keep the aircon on constant even when we were out. Room cleaning switch didn't work, had to keep asking staff.
