The rooms, no drawers to unpack bag, outlook of room when specified 25th wedding anniversary and had paid upfront!
Requested room change or upgrade again reminding them it was our anniversary , after checking 2 more rooms asked for upgrade to suite and I’d pay difference- told yes then no then finally yes 2hrs post arrival we finally get into our new room/suite. No acknowledgment of our anniversary in any room. Had problems with blocked shower drain, flickering light all night, couldn’t open a drawer no handles and no hot water for 3 nights before we got the courage to inform reception. We weren’t even offered a discounted price on the room!

Pros:

Amazing amazing . Staff excellent , Mark was amazing at buffet and at the front desk and always helpful. If you want customer service this is the place. Definitely coming back !!! Boracay !!!! Hue hotels! Can’t wait to come back !!!!

If it was beach front, I would stay there again.
Pros:

The pool, however, some of the tiles were loose or were missing, could potential cut feet

Cons:

Showers and toilets had mold on the tiles.
Curtains also had mold.

Great hotel
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel with amenities that cater to both adults and children. My kids enjoyed the pool and activity area. My only concern (only because im a vegan) is that they do not have a whole lot of veggie dishes that i can choose from considering that we are in the province and a tourist destination. Angela antaran from the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Overall we appreciated the service. Highly recommend for you to stay here 🫶🏽

Pros:

Been celebrating my kid’s birthday here. It’s so fun. My son and daughter says they have the best birthday ever. And the Bright Buds made it happen. The service from Angela is excellent.

Hue are the best!
Pros:

The hotel’s location is accessible to best places in boracay. The food was good and affordable. The swimming pool is really nice, water’s warm. The lifeguard is mabait and very caring. The staffs are friendly and always smiling.

It’s good but over-all experience could still be better with the amount we paid
Pros:

Pool, game area, bath and toilet, breakfast variety is good.

Cons:

We stayed in Suite. There is no wardrobe cabinet. Sofa smells sour/unwashed. Beddings and towels are worn out and “nangungutim” (not looking fresh white anymore), consider replacing them. Small tip : consider removing water stains in faucets (for detailed cleaning)
