Very spacious and clean rooms, the owners of the place are the sweetest people ever. Prices are unbeatable if compared to the standars in Rawai.

The room is nice and for the price not too small.
It was quiet, which was nice..
In the early morning you make wake up because some cocks (rooster) will be yelling in front of your bedroom. But it's simply the nature. Good place to stay..

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im vii house. Ein Zuhause in einem fremden Land. May, die Inhaberin ist ein Goldschatz, immer vor Ort, hilfsbereit und steht s ein Lächeln auf den Lippen.

From the minute I arrive to when I left I felt extremely welcomed and May and here cousin and her husband all made me feel like one of the family this in my opinion is this best value and nicest people and place to stay . The rooms are awesome big and have everything you need , very quiet and away from the busy areas , I would highly recommend this to everyone and will definitely be coming back asap . Thank you May and family for being the most amazing hosts and family you made this trip so much more than it could have ever been

Pros:

Très bon acceuil, service remarquable ,toujours à l écoute. Propreté de la chambre et des locaux irréprochable. Les équipements sont un peu vétustes .. J aurais aimé un petit four permettant de réchauffer les plats chauds du petit déjeuner.
Un peu à l écart l endroit est assé calme .et l ambiance conviviale .

Expérience unique, personnel incroyable !
Pros:

Personnel accueillant, sympathique et très disponible. Grande chambre très propre, ne pas se fier à la photo, la chambre est beaucoup mieux!
La situation géographique ne pose pas de problème car ils mettent à disposition des scooter à prix bas. Même s'il parait excentré on est proche de tout. Restaurant et magasin assez proche. Et les plages 10-15minutes en scooter.
Ring de Muay Thai à disposition au top!!
Je recommande cet hôtel ! Séjour magnifique ! Allez-y ! ;)

Un petit coin de tranquillité
Pros:

Vous serez bien dans ce lieu ! Louez une moto et allez vers les supers plages à snorkeling vraiment pas loin
