Pendant notre séjour, nous avons eu un problème lié à la réservation. L’hôtel nous a indiqué au moment du départ qu’il avait donné son accord à Booking pour le remboursement d’une nuit et qu’il allait faire tout son possible pour résoudre la situation. On nous a également communiqué un contact WhatsApp pour assurer le suivi.

Malheureusement, près d’un mois plus tard, rien n’a été réglé. Nos messages sont lus mais restent sans réponse, et aucun remboursement n’a été effectué. C’est très décevant, car l’équipe nous avait clairement donné sa parole.

Le séjour aurait pu rester correct si le problème avait été traité sérieusement. Mais l’absence totale de communication après coup donne vraiment le sentiment qu’une fois le client parti, il n’y a plus aucun suivi. À éviter si vous attendez un service client fiable en cas de souci.

Séjour très décevant, surtout à cause de la gestion du problème après notre départ.

Nous avons rencontré un problème de réservation pendant notre séjour. Au moment du départ, l’hôtel nous a assuré en face à face qu’il ferait le nécessaire avec Booking et qu’un remboursement d’une nuit avait été accepté. On nous a même donné un numéro WhatsApp en nous disant que nous pouvions écrire et que l’équipe nous répondrait.

Depuis, malgré plusieurs messages lus, nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse et aucun remboursement. Ce manque de suivi est extrêmement décevant. Lorsqu’un établissement promet de régler une situation, on s’attend à un minimum de sérieux et de transparence.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel en cas de problème : une fois le séjour terminé, il semble très difficile d’obtenir une réponse ou une solution.
