Pros:

La ubicación del lugar porque está en un espacio muy céntrico, turístico y con muchos servicios y restaurantes cercanos.

Cons:

El personal era algo serio, para nada groseros, pero no se mostraban entusiasmados, empáticos o amables, simplemente parecía que hacían su trabajo, y eso se agradece obviamente, pero se agradece más que se entusiasmen ante tu estancia, sobre todo cuando visitas SLP como turista.

Pros:

Muy buen desayuno y café. El personal es sumamente amigable. Hay poco estacionamiento / está un poco incómodo pero los guardias tratan de cooperar para que funcione

Ich bin Vielreisender. Aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Vor acht Jahren war ich für einen Monat in diesem Hotel. Damals sehr zufrieden mit den Umständen vor Ort. Allerdings war es diesmal das Gegenteil von Zufriedenstellend. Die Kopfkissen mit dem zu kleinen Kissenbezug nur zur Hälfte bedeckt. Die Gardinen zum Boden hin völlig verdreckt. Der Drehstuhl im Zimmer komplett abgewetzt. Sperrmüll. Die Teppiche in unserem Gang mit großen Flecken. Wirklich sehr schade was aus diesem Hotel geworden ist.

Pros:

Personnel très aimable, surtout au restaurant. Bien placé sur Av. Carranza / Jardin Tequis / centre.

Cons:

Nettoyage sommaire (beaucoup de poussière sous le lit, cheveux sur les tablettes).
Stationnement sous terrain manque avertissement de la proximité des élévateurs de voiture : pneu crevé au contact d’une paroi durant la manoeuvre. Je n’étais pas le premier apparemment.

We loved it! They met all our needs.
Cons:

All the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean, smelled so good, rooms were spacious and comfortable. The internet was great, we had a video conference and they allowed us to be in a private salon. Breakfast was great and the staff so friendly and they were so attentive to our needs, they even gave us coffee for our trip. Gym was great, the shower and towels, tv and overall service, we loved it!

Pros:

Outstanding experience. Kindness beyond expected. Eduardo at the front desk and Haydé at the restaurant really care of our needs. Definitely we’re gonna pick in the future NH hotels.

Una linda estancia
Pros:

Un buen hotel ubicado muy bien, sobre Carranza que es la arteria principal de San Luis Potosí. El hotel es muy bueno, aunque las habitaciones me parecen demasiado pequeñas. Sin embargo, el personal es sumamente cortés y disponible. Aconsejado para una parada de trabajo.
