This was a gimmick! I couldn’t check in this property due to a supposed renovation. When Stephan, my Uber diver and I arrived at location there were some major works going on. There wasn’t a front desk. The two individuals told us they were not expecting any guest to checking since the property was not in use. This is my very first trip to Abuja and do not know my way around. Stephan was kind enough to help me find another hotel, Best Premier! I called and complain to management but have yet to get my refund!!!! It is shocking Hotels.com allows this scam.
Not well known but the room facilities are quite good by any standards. It was a pleasant environment in a nice area of Abuja.
