Super Unterkunft, gern wieder
Pros:

Super moderne Unterkunft mit direktem Blick auf die Müritz.

Cons:

Leider extreme Baugeräusche direkt über unserer Unterkunft.
Die Unannehmlichkeiten wurden vom Vermieter aber wohlwollend versucht gutzumachen.

Wir waren 2 Nächte mit Hund in diesem wunderschönen, gemütlichen Appartement.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.
Die Einrichtung ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts.
Das Appartement war sehr sehr sauber .
Super Ausblick, super Terrasse einfach toll.

Die Ausstattung und der Blick auf den See
Die Möglichkeit den Spa und Sauna Bereich exklusiv zu buchen und insbesondere dessen Ausstattung und Versorgung mit Getränken und Handtüchern, Bademänteln etc.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Team per email und am Telefon war sehr freundlich. Wir erhielten wirklich detaillierte Anweisungen für unsere späte Ankunftszeit

Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles modern und sauber.

Cons:

Der Empfang war sehr hektisch. Als erstes mussten wir nochmal 10€ pro Nacht für die Tiefgarage zahlen. Die ist super eng! Draußen kostet die Nacht 12€.
Zusätzliche Kosten waren in der Buchung nur schwer zu finden. Sauna und Spa waren quasi ausgebucht und außerdem unverschämt teuer.

Wir fühlten uns wohl und gut aufgehoben.
Pros:

Appartements sind sehr einladend, Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, Sauberkeit ist sehr gut, Problem (bei uns waren die Schlafzimmertemperaturen sehr warm, so dass man sehr schlecht schlafen konnte) wurde pragmatisch gelöst, dafür ein herzliches danke.
Seeblick und Terrasse sind der Hammer.
Meine Kinder waren im Privatespa und fanden es wunderbar (Organisation, Ausstattung, Getränke, Seeblick).
Das Konzept von Kells Apartments mit der Gaststätte/Café und Markt sind gut durchdacht.

Cons:

Nachteilig sind die Glastüren der Schlafzimmer, weil bei jedem Toilettengang durch den Bewegungsmelder das Licht angeht. Kann man zwar ausschalten, aber will man im Dunkeln ins Bad?
Mir ist bewusst, dass die Glastüren nicht mal so änderbar sind.
