Pros:

Amazing wellness area, very nicely and tastefully decorated in good style and high quality materials. Great variety of different types of saunas - Finnish, Hammam, infrared, herbal, as well as experience showers. Large swimming pool and jacuzzi. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Nice breakfast and cozy rooms. Walking distance from the ski lifts. Hotel also offers shuttle to the ski lifts and a ski depot to store and dry your ski equipment. Loved my stay there.

Ein sehr gemütliches Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten bequem, und es ist angenehm warm. Ein hervorragender Spa-Bereich mit warmem Wasser. Ich war sehr zufrieden und werde ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Perfect stay

Poor quality hotel in the valley
Pros:

The swimming pool was nice, had a great time with my 4yo

Cons:

A lot: the personnel was not pleasant to say the least, barking commands a few times - the meals were awful, we've had a Valentine's day dinner and it was unedible, the breakfast was poor quality, the products were at low quantity well within the hours of serving - the waiters were constantly setting the tables, putting new cloths in a such pompous manner, annoying those few guests that didn't know better - all in all this hotel is outdated in terms of quality and management, in desperate need of some fresh faces

Cons:

the food is not value price. the cook is presenting the dishes as high quality but theyare not. very expensive. the buffet with vegetables is not even filled up so be careful to come when they open the restaurant
