Pros:

The most amazing views from our 18th floor room. Bathroom was fabulous. Had pizza's in evening which were very good.

not good needs to do better especially for the price we are paying

Cons:

check in was supposed to be 3pm, arrived at 3:10pm room was still not reading made us wait an extra 30 minutes. the room we checked into was dirty, dirty bed sheets on the floor, no water bottles or any tissues and left over food in the fridge. the bathroom was also dirty, the mirrors werent cleaned properly and no tissues and the towels smelt funny.

Could be great if some improvements
Pros:

Hotel had potential to be amazing. But just lacking maintence

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was cold. Heated pool was cold
And extremely noisey. Toliet seat was broken in our room

Always like staying here. Was a bit pricey for 1 night but did stay over a long weekend.
