A quick mid week getaway.
Pros:

We needed to be in the area where the hotel is situated so it was perfect for us. But the location is decent not far for a train into town or a short cab ride to vic park for food and drink. Plenty of fast food near by and a pub about 10 min walk away.
The rooms were well sound proofed so was nice and quiet.
