Stayed before and will be staying again soon. Love this hotel
Pros:

Communication from staff was excellent while waiting on our room. As there was a big group checking in we had to wait, and for the inconvenience they offered us a late checkout.

Great.........but
Pros:

Always loved the rooms and location. Have returned to this establishment everytime I am in Perth

Cons:

Beginning to get old. Power went out on us 3 times......was a tad inconvenient. Seems to be just that particular room. Never did on previous stays. Headboard was getting tatty and showerhead didn't quite fit the holder which made it dangerous and inconvenient
