Close to train station
Pros:

Close to the train station

Cons:

No hot water throughout stay. 1st Room not 4star looked like the room had been flooded previously as wood was lifting away from around the door and skirting boards. We had to change rooms the second day. On our last day there was no water at all so couldn’t even have a wash. Limited breakfast choice

Clean and comfortable hotel, close to Termini train station, and a good base to explore Rome
Pros:

Very happy with our blue room and all the staff we met were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet area on 6th floor was nice, clean and fresh. Excellent location for exploring Rome and very close to main train station. Hotel has security on front door until midnight. Typical noisy characters on the street for somewhere close to a train station, but we didn’t feel unsafe at any time and would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

We had problem that there was no hot water for shower while we were there. Water was luke warm and wasn’t resolved until the day we were leaving .

Camere belle e curate ma servizi pessimi e zona squallida.
Cons:

Colazione standard, servizio del personale molto approssimativo. La frutta era finita e quando ho chiesto se potevano riportarne hanno detto no! La posizione è pessima in un'area dove ci sono molte attività di extracomunitari e molto rumore anche di notte che si sente nelle stanze. La doccia non l'ho potuta fare perchè mancava l'acqua calda e il personale non aveva avvisato prima nonostante mancasse da qualche giorno (l'ho saputo da altri clienti!!). Servizio del personale alla reception molto poco professionale. Gente improvvisata e anche poco gentile.

お風呂の「お湯」が出ないのは今まで「アフリカ」「インド」を旅をしてもなかった。少しがっかり。
Pros:

駅（テルミニ駅）がすぐ近くにあるため、行動しやすい。便利だった。
スタッフもいつも笑顔で対応してくれた。

Cons:

お風呂のお湯が出なくて不便を感じた。（水は出る）
この不便さは結構キツイ。アクティブに楽しんでも、ホテルに戻ってほぼ「水風呂」状態はキツイ。
スタッフは「時間帯で」との事だったが・・・「朝」もお湯は出なかった。
17時ころ、ぬるま湯くらいで状態で（ほぼ水）毎日入った。寒かった。

今まで、いろんな国を廻ったけど初めて。アフリカ、インドでもこのようなことは無かった。
帰国して（風邪をひいてしまったので）病院に行った。

テルミニ駅から凄く近く、移動に便利だった。

Cons:

滞在中、お風呂のお湯が全く出なかった。
フロントに確認すると、お湯10分を出し続けたら温かいお湯が出る..と言われたが、20分しても30分してもお湯は全く出なかった。

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Es war ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Besonders schön fanden wir das große runde Bett.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

In der Dusche war es leider sehr rutschig.
Und die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht richtig.

La habitación triple muy amplia, la limpieza, el desayuno buffete completo, el personal muy amable.

Cons:

La zona es muy cómoda para llegar y salir de la ciudad ya que está a lado de la estación de tren, pero la zona también es como la de todas las ciudades cerca de las estaciones de trenes y autobuses.

Pros:

駅が近い。
治安悪い通りと聞いていたけど、ホテルの前にホテルマンが常駐して立っててくれるから安心だし、何より立地が最高。部屋も毎回綺麗にしてくれるし、タオルも変えてくれる。

Cons:

滞在した3日間のうち1日だけ、シャワーのお湯がぬるくて寒かった。
朝食が最低限しかなく、３日連続は飽きてしまうと思った。

Die Lage nahe dem Bahnhof ist für jegliche Ausflüge sehr gut.

Esperienza da hotel a 2 stelle.
Camera non da hotel a 4 stelle, le foto dal sito non rispecchiano la realtà.
In un hotel a 4 stelle non è concepibile avere il carrello della pulizia stanze in un angolo fuori la porta con rotoli di carta igienica a terra ( Camera 112). Ho soggiornato una notte e quel carrello dal check in al check out e’ sempre stato lì.
Nel bagno non c era una cabina doccia ma una tenda in plastica.

Great stay, very practical location, comfortable bed and room space is definitely adequate.
Pros:

The location is best. Shuttles.going to different places are stationed at roma termini. The staff are very helpful. Rooms are cleaned well also.

Cons:

The shampoo and bath gel could be better but acceptable as it is.
