Pros:

部屋は広く掃除も行き届いていて快適だった。
冷蔵庫、電子ポットもあり飲み物を冷やしたり温かい飲み物を飲んだりできたのも良かった。
朝食も美味しかった。

Cons:

給水器が無かったのが残念だった。
また駅から徒歩2〜3分で便利だったが治安はあまり良くなかった。

Pros:

Diciamo che per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo MOLTO di più. L'unica nota positiva è la posizione praticamente a fianco della stazione Termini e quindi in centro. Nota positiva anche per la comodità del letto

Cons:

La zona è parecchio sporca e piena di brutte facce tant'è che c'è sempre una guardia presente alla reception. L'addetto alla reception quando siamo arrivati era quasi infastidito e sicuramente non empatico. La camera tutto sommato era buona ma il bagno era scomodo per l'accesso alla doccia e con dei rubinetti assurdi in quanto a funzionalità. Altro punto dolente la colazione...poca scelta e succhi non buoni. Ho chiesto uno stuzzicadenti in sala colazione ma non ne avevano. Quindi pagare quasi 600€ per 2 notti mi è parso decisamente eccessivo per il tipo di sistemazione

A beautiful art hotel located nearby the main train station
Pros:

The hotel is of top quality and standard for a city like Rome. Excellent location for travelling via the main Termini station

The vicinity of the station may be an issue for some travellers as the area may not be safe

Great Place to Stay in Rome if using Public Transportation and not Touristy Area.
Pros:

Close to the Train, Bus and Metro Station to explore Rome using Public Transportation. Quiet Place to Sleep after coming back from exploring Rome. Breakfast has several selections. Although it’s limited, but adequate to start the day. Clean and newly renovated in some areas, but not all. Staffs are very accommodating though some are very reserved due to our inability to speak the Italian language?

Pros:

テルミニ駅を降りてすぐのロケーションなので何処へ行くのも大変便利
お店がたくさんあるので土産物やミネラルウォーターの補給には困らない
朝食は卵ソーセージ、ハム、サラミの他野菜が3種ほど揃えてある

Cons:

お洒落な作りなので通常思い描くシャワーと形状が異なるので使い方に戸惑う
