A great stay in Punta de Lobos
Pros:

The location on the hill with an amazing overlooking of Punta de Lobos beach. The size and the view from of the rooms. The variety and quality of the breakfast and the delicious food on the in house restaurant, as on the nearby feet on the beach La Orillera. The staff is very young but proactive, matching with the surf environment of the property. A plus for me was the external hot tubs water heated by fire wood. Great after a (cold) bath on the beach.

Cons:

The external wood decks need small repairs here and there. Of course this didn’t affect our overall experience and surely they are aware and will fix it after summer season.

Aussergwöhnlicher Ort und Top Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich schön, mit Sicht auf den Strand und sehr schön augestatteten Zimmern. Und auch das Restaurant mit Blick auf den Strand ist sehr sehr schön.

* El desayuno es abundante y exquisito/gourmet
* La habitación amplia.
* Cama cómoda
* La comida del restaurante excelente
* La atención y amabilidad del personal magnífica.
* El sauna muy bien
* El café y el agua incluido en la habitación

Cons:

* La vista parcial del mar desde la habitación debido al crecimiento de las plantas
* Que no todas la habitaciones tuvieran tinajas personalizadas.
* Que las tinajas de libre uso fueran usadas cada 1 hora por muchos pasajeros, sin cambio de agua y además estuvieran lejos de las habitaciones.

Lugar mágico de profunda conexión con la naturaleza en todos los sentidos.
Pros:

Todo, vistas, acceso playa, rodeado de naturaleza, cómodas cama y almohada, buena atención y comida. Las instalaciones y todas las dependencias muy bien decoradas, linda arquitectura. 10 de 10.

A Gem in an Unforgettable Setting!

A beautiful hotel set in an incredible location. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. The staff are charming and helpful. The hotel combines high-quality materials with a relaxed atmosphere, great design, and cozy comfort. From everywhere, the views of the breathtaking bay are amazing. The restaurant serves creative seafood dishes, definitely worth dining there!
