Great value hotel
Large rooms with kitchenette.
I only stayed one of my two nights
I had read the reviews wrong and thought it was dog friendly which it is not.The wonderful bar restaurant next door is though.
The lymedale bar restaurant next door is wonderful.Fabulous food and friendly folk.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Only slight problem with noise.

Receptionist rudeness -unpleasant jokes.
The apartment look lake it haven’t been cleaned.
We had to wait 2 hours before we have been offered an other apartment.

Really pleased I picked this place for the 3 of us to stay. It was clean and perfect for us. There is a kitchen with fridge, oven and hob and a kettle if you should need them. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. There was ample free parking outside. We were attending a show in Stoke on Trent and it was just under £10 for a taxi to the theatre. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Staff helpful and approachable

The family room is clean and tidy, very spacious but need a little bit maintenance, some doors are old and need repairs.
Quiet environment for staying and sleeping.

Clean and modern room, with amenities, I was super impressed considering how reasonable the price was. Didn't hear any external noise. Curtains could be better for less incoming light in the morning but that was a minor issue. Good location, being only a 10 minute drive from the bet365 Stadium.

Property was very disappointing. Main room smelt of burnt food and bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke. Shower in the morning was scalding so not able to use despite trying for a long time to change the settings.
Message the property a few days after stay to express concerns and heard nothing back. Terrible customer service. No compensation or anything offered.

A lovely little hotel. We stayed in room 66 and the kitchen was well equipped with comfy beds and it was very clean. The only issue I had was the £50 pre authorisation ( which still hasn't been released back onto my card 9 days later ) If you are staying here on a budget then this may not be the place. They need to make that much clearer when booking. Have stayed here many times before and this was the first time I've been asked to pre authorise my card. This has put me off and I wouldn't stay here again.

Room is spacious,clean and comfortable.
Small kitchen area with a 2 hot plate cooker,microwave and fridge.kettle tea coffee and sugar but they dont supply milk.
Good free wifi.small but clean bathroom with a decent shower.They have a bar on site.Very reasonable price for what you get.

Very reasonable prices ,easy to locate, friendly staff that have freindly banter ,i would recommend stopping even just a couple of nights.

Staff where very friendly and helpful. Would deffo stay again. Would recommend to anyone.

Enjoyed a comfortable weekend break at Lymedale suites.
Rooms were spotless and the hotel in general was clean and tidy.

Very clean & comfortable. Would recommend an on site eatery though. However would recommend the cotton mill pub next to Sainsburys about a mile down the road.
