I was unfortunately very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed was in poor condition, and there were multiple hairs on both the sheets and the pillow, which was quite unpleasant. I felt uncomfortable using the pillow and had to cover it with my shirt in order to sleep. There were also many small hairs on the blanket, so I could not use it at all.

Cleanliness is a basic expectation in any hotel stay, and this experience did not meet that standard.

Pros:

Normální modernější, pěkný a čistý hotel na předměstí Franfurtu, umístěný v logistické oblasti s parkovacím domem a velmi pěknou restaurací, ale...

Cons:

Personál nelze hodnotit, protože vše je "do it yourself" ...a s nikým jsme se nesetkali.
Bohužel na našem pokoji masivně protékala sprchová hadice a dveře do sprchového koutu vůbec netěsnily, tudíž jsme měli vyplavenou celou koupelnu.
Hotel má tenké stěny a neizolované stoupačky, takže si po ránu užijete spoustu zvuků z kanalizace i vedlejších pokojů.
Polštáře bych popsal jako zvláštní kupy vaty. Vzhledem k vysokým cenám v období Ambiente veletrhu byl pro nás hotel bohužel velikým zklamáním.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war okay und der Transport vom und zum Flughafen verlief reibungslos. Der Check-In klappte nicht, weil das Kartenlesegerät für die Kreditkarte nicht funktionierte.

Das Frühstück war für die Hotelkategorie in Ordnung. Das Essen im Restaurant war im Preis und Qualität in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber! Die blaue Wand neben dem Bett war von oben bis unten mit Getränken bespritzt, der Teppich hatte viele Flecken, und auch das Bett war unsauber. Sowohl die Flure als auch die Aufzüge hätten dringend eine Reinigung gebraucht. Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet und hat ringsherum fußläufig nichts zu bieten.
