Not the worst place ever.
Pros:

It was the cheapest place I could find. It didn't smell bad. The area was quiet. It wasn't the most uncomfortable bed ever.

Cons:

The bed spread was visibly dirty. The towels were very stained. Not enough shampoo given to wash one person's short hair one time. The curtains looked like someone sprayed cheese whiz all over them. The pillows were stained and the pillow cases weren't big enough to even almost cover the entire pillow. The mini fridge froze my apples solid overnight. There was food left in the fridge from a previous costumer. The AC was rickety and barely worked.

It’s an ok spot in a pinch but not worth the price paid.

Cons:

WiFi is absolutely awful, if you’re not up front the parking is terrible, was only given 3 little pillows for a king size bed, very noisy

So so. Not very clean. I'd like my 50.00 pet fee
Pros:

There was only coffee

Cons:

Being charged 50.00 for my pet that slept the whole time . We stayed at motel 6 2 nights first one never charged us anything. And was much cleaner than Cookeville. There were chew marks in the bathroom door mold in the bathroom. If we don't get our 50.00 back I will dispute it

I will stay there again.
Pros:

Room was clean. Nice room at a budget friendly price. Bed is comfortable. Over all quiet. Nice pool. Good place to stay with dogs.

I didn't want to pay a lot for a room, but should have stayed somewhere else.
Pros:

The air conditioner worked well.

Cons:

The room had a bad smell. The towels were stained and looked dirty. The bedsheets didn't appear clean. The floor was dirty. The water pressure was poor. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The one lane drive down the hill made me nervous.
