Overcharged n not heard
Pros:

Convenient location. Staff was nice. Room was clean.

Cons:

Booked the room thru this site for $116 per night for 2 nights. However if I would have walked in or called them directly....I would have only paid $79 per night. I feel robbed by booking.com. the facilities were not worth what I was charged.

Not clean.
Pros:

The front desk staff was attentive and personable.

Cons:

All of the countertops in the room were sticky. The desk under the TV was covered in crumbs as if someone had just eaten there.

not great. got a smaller room than I booked. not a fan of the customer service.
Pros:

Temo the check out manager was great. Very efficient; helped us resolve our payment issue while also handling a constant stream of other customers. Amazing job.

Cons:

Norma the check in manager was awful. She was a substitute and kept telling us she was new and didn't know how to check us in. She wasted 4 hours of our time and after checking us in incorrectly, she kept refusing to let us talk to a manager yet couldn't offer us any solution other than to accept a single bed room even though we paid for double. Terrible experience. Also our cards kept deactivating. I got locked out at 2 in the morning because my card stopped working.

Most likely would not stay here again since I can’t get in at night

Cons:

They don’t have night office hours. I got locked out at night as in my key cards were not working and had to be reactivated but no one was in the office to help me. I called the number on the posted note on the office door but it said that number is not available. After a few hours some one came bye and helped us out but that would have been a scary night for me if I was alone and no one came bye

The staff were friendly

Cons:

The shower was not clean. The bathroom door did not shut fully. You have to ask for things that you would expect to have during a hotel stay (soap, shampoo, etc). The beds were very uncomfortable.

Pros:

Clean, quite and comfortable. I was just down for a quick stay, wasn't looking for much.

Cons:

Right after booking my stay I was really concerned about staying because NO one would answer the damn phone! That actually pissed me off. I had a question, and no one was there to answer that question, I had to hope for the best.
