Overall despite a small issue, it was a great and super amazing stay.
Pros:

It was amazing, super clean, great location just short walking distance to Imago, many good restaurants and stores nearby and excellent helpful hotel staff

Cons:

Air conditioning could be improved as it was not cold enough. Although the air conditioner issue wasn’t fully resolved, the maintenance staff was very nice and helpful, and provided a standing fan.

So -so as the noise from the reception distrupted my rest

My room -318 was really next to the reception
The few receptionist gather n talk loudly at night so as during the day , which could clearly be heard as it’s a sort of joining door to the reception counter.

What I like about klagan, is the location. Close to Imago

Cons:

The room that we stayed was not the room that we expected . TV provided was not function (no channel). The microwave was also not function. The smell of the room & toilet was a damp or moldy smell. The room wasn't worth the price we paid.
