The Resort was clean, well situated and good value for money. The staff could not have been more helpful: they arranged jungle visits and a wonderful tree house stay for us. An added bonus was a delightful swimming pool which is not advertised - apparently so as not to attract noisy locals. It was good value for money
It was all good.
Good location, great facilities, including a swimming pool which is not on the site - they said they didn’t want to attract rowdy locals! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful in arranging a jungle safari and a fantastic stay at a tree house - all at a very reasonably price.

I highly recommend staying at Jungle Safari Resort. Indeed this was a return visit having had a fantastic stay last year. Manager Sangam liaised with me before booking to plan a perfect itinerary. The hotel has very comfy large rooms set in an idyllic garden. Perfect location. The food is delicious, including packed lunches for our day safaris. Sangam, Sujan and all the staff were kind and paid attention to detail, such as providing a cold drink and fresh fruit when I arrived back after a hot day on safari. My jungle guide Gopal was excellent and full of information. He had guided me before and I specifically asked for him again. The accompanying guides Ram and Som were also excellent. I recommend doing both a jungle walk and a jeep safari to see the jungle in different ways. Definitely recommend you stay here and speak with manager Sangham in advance to book your safaris. He also arranged my travel from Kathmandu to Chitwan and then from Chitwan to Pokhara which was a great help.

The location
Apart from the location the hotel is average. Nice garden. There was no television in the room even though the description say so. There was no shuttle service from airport which is misleading in the description.
No room service in 2 nights of stay was a shocker.
Personal was very friendly and place was nice and quiet.
When you book trip with them (resort) make sure with them if the price is only for one person or two or group. Otherwise you can overpay it !
