Overall exper was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. It would be even better if the bathroom made some improvements.
Pros:

From our floor (5th floor) the view was beautiful especially in the morning where we could see the snow mountains.
The staff members were very polite and friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom was unsatisfactory.
After someone takes a shower, the floor gets very wet. It would be much better if there’s a curtain in between.
Also, when turning on the tap, despite having the shower turned off, water came from the tap and shower head simultaneously.

Pros:

Very good staff and location. Big room with mount view.

Cons:

Poor breakfast, indian style mainly. Room is needed in some renovation and more deep cleaning. Price was high but we lived in big family room with additional bed and non-functional kitchen.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Staff very kind and helpful! Good & silent location even not far from city. Nice bedroom with lake view.

Cons:

I did not have any bad thing related to the hotel only in the last 2 nights there was very noisy guests outside the balcony late in the evening but the hotel staff could handle it.

The shower has no division so it can be wet around bathroom area but I guess this is a Nepalese culture do not have shower glass or curtain. It was nice hot water though.

Pros:

The hotel was comfortable, the room was spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and kind and their service was efficient. Location was also good near the lake and the Main Street.

Pros:

It is warm and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The facilities are also very good when compared to other nearby hotels. Very good value for money. The location is really good, close enough to the main shopping street but far away enough from the crowds. It's also close to several good cafes, including a coffee bar right on the premises.

Cons:

It does not offer free airport shuttle service. In a place like Pokhara where the airport is really close by, the hotel should consider this service.
