Pros:

The hotel was comfortable, the room was spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and kind and their service was efficient. Location was also good near the lake and the Main Street.

Pros:

It is warm and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The facilities are also very good when compared to other nearby hotels. Very good value for money. The location is really good, close enough to the main shopping street but far away enough from the crowds. It's also close to several good cafes, including a coffee bar right on the premises.

Cons:

It does not offer free airport shuttle service. In a place like Pokhara where the airport is really close by, the hotel should consider this service.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like VIPs. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team, Anisha and Susmita were incredibly welcoming, offering helpful suggestions for local attractions and transport.
The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had the best night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, clean, and stocked with high-quality toiletries, which really made the difference.
The hotel’s amenities were fantastic as well, and we enjoyed spending time there after a long day of sightseeing. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was a great way to start our day.
But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was the housekeeping team making sure our room was always tidy or the concierge offering great advice on local experiences, it was clear they genuinely cared about providing top-notch service.
