スタッフの方の対応がとても丁寧でした。朝食時間前に出発しなければなりませんでしたが、パン屋さんの営業時間内であればパンをいただくことができました。とても美味しかったです！

フロントの方だけでなく、清掃してくださる方や施設ですれ違う方々がきちんとご挨拶声かけをされて気持ち良かったです。ホテル自体は古くなっているが気持ち良く過ごせた。価格もリーズナブルなので不満はない

デスクに鏡がないのでメイクをする時に不便で
フロントの方に鏡の貸出はありませんか？と尋ねてみるも貸出はナシとのこと。
内装も素敵でフロントの方の対応もよかったので、
鏡さえあれば次回飯塚に来る際はまたここに連泊したいと思えるホテルでした。

Shin-iizuka Stay
Pros:

The hotel was good, has cafe/bakery for food. Alot of smoke smell from other guests.
Bathroom for me had a step up and high tub, hard to use with hip injury.
Towel kit bag every day, built up so many kits, didnt need.
Fridge was good to have.
Hard bed, weighted blanket and hard pillows. Sometimes hard to sleep.
Overall, its exceptional. Maybe should have upgraded to better room.
