אין מים חמים
כל ערב צריך לבקש לפתוח את הברז כדי שיהיו מים חמים
בגלל זה לא התקלחנו יומיים
מקרר לא עובד בחדר, כל התרופות התקלקלו
תגובת הצוות זה מה יש
האור במקלחת כל כמה דקות כבה
לא פתרו את הבעיה.

Nice location and good breakfast, the staff was amazing

Cons:

Unfortunately, our room had an interconnecting door to the neighbouring room, where several men were staying. Unfortunately, this made me feel neither safe nor comfortable. The door did not seem very secure — it was not protected by several locks, but only by one lock that did not feel reliable. The soundproofing was also very poor; I could clearly hear people watching videos on TikTok in the next room.

In my opinion, situations like this should not happen at this price level. If the hotel has rooms with interconnecting doors, it would be better not to accommodate unrelated guests in both rooms at the same time, or at least to ensure that the door is properly secured and soundproofed.

“Perfect stay from start to finish—highly recommended!”
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with reasonable varieties . The restaurant staff was hospitable and special thanks to Nari. We’re grateful for Elena and Teko from the front office for being very accommodative and kind.
Thanks to Nona and Irma from the house keeping dept for their service . Our stay was exceptional and we decided to extend the stay as well .

Персонал доброжелательный.Номер чистый и приятный.Вкусный завтрак. Приятная атмосфера.

Cons:

К сожалению есть большой минус. Это то,что отель расположен близко к оживленному шоссе.Которое создает сильный неприятный шум. Всвязи с чем посидеть на балконе или на террасе не представлялось возможным. И еще то что однажды в ресторане отеля было организовано проведение какого то торжества. Всвязи с чем включили очень громкую музыку. Вечером отдохнуть не удалось.
