Pros:

Hotel accogliente e ben curato. Camere molto ampie e con servizi curati. Posizione comoda per visitare la città

Cons:

La colazione era buona, anche se non c'era tantissima varietà nella scelta, soprattutto sul dolce.
L'unica pecca della camera era la scarsa illuminazione, ma per il resto davvero ottima qualità

Good but..
Pros:

Great location, close to central in walking distance, nice stuff

Cons:

They don't have baby buth , baby cord provided but its very low, same like on the floor. No entry for stroller. So not good place to stay with small children.

Otelin yeri çox yaxşı yerdədi. Əksər yerlərə piyada gedərək rahatlıqla çata bilərsiniz. Otaqlar təmiz idi. Receptiondaki Luka və Merabiyə, çamadanlarımızı daşımağa kömək edən adını unutduğum digər əməkdaşa xüsusi təşəkkür edirəm. Azərbaycandan sevgilərlə🫶🏼

המלון הוא מלון בוטיק לא גדול מידי. מבואה קטנה ונחמדה והצוות היה סופר שירותי וחברותי. הגענו קבוצה של 4 משפחות, 20 איש ואמנם לקח להם מלא זמן לעשות צ'ק אין, הם היו מאוד אדיבים. בעת ההזמנה ציינו בפירוש שהחדרים של ההורים צריכים להיות בסמיכות לחדרים של הילדים (יידענו שאין התחייבות לדלת מקשרת. לא יודעת אם בכלל יש שם) ולאחת המשפחות הם לא עשו זאת, אך דאגו לשנות את החדרים כך שכולם יהיו מרוצים. החדרים ענקיים! במיוחד החדרים עבור 3 אנשים (מוסיפים מיטה בעלות נוספת של 50 לארי ללילה). המרפסות גדולות והחדרים נקיים מאוד. מחליפים מגבות כל יום. ארוחת הבוקר ממש טובה ומגוונת.
המלון ממוקם על הכביש הראשי בין אזור כיכר החירות לבין העיר העתיקה (כמה דק' הליכה לכל כיוון). אנחנו מאוד אהבנו את המיקום. ממליצה בחום על המלון.

החדר מעט חשוך בלילה, אבל כמו רבים אחרים.

Improve service and friendliness to become a better place
Pros:

Good location - easy to walk to many attractions

Cons:

Staff not really friendly nor helpful. Difficult to get a smile from front desk
Room for 3 was not prepared for 3 ! No towels nor extra bed
For extra price we achieved additional bed
