部屋が広くて休まったけれど、”良くなかった点”を見てください。天気が良かったせいもあり、場所は申し分なかったのですが、ぶちこわしです。
Pros:

街中を避けたこと、値段の安いことからこのホテルにしました。部屋も広くて快適でした。

Cons:

当日夕方、チェックイン時間が予定よりも遅れることを伝えようと、電話しました。博物館→バスを利用していたので、携帯の音量を下げでいたことに気づかず、話しました。いっこうに返事がなく、しばらくして、「あの、聞こえているんですけど」と不愉快な感情を露わにしていました。用件を伝え終わると、すぐに電話を切られてしまいました。そのことは忘れていたのですが（私は接客の現場、クレーム対応などに長いこといましたが、こういった「口の利き方を知らない」人、特に地方に見受けられる気がします。ホテルではありませんが、そういう横柄で怖い対応ははじめてではありません）、翌朝チェックアウト時にある若い女性スタッフにあいさつを避けられている感じがしたので、そのことを思い出しました。（もちろん、挨拶の返事をすべきだとは言いません。）電話の音量を戻すのにもそんな数秒もかかっていないと思います。不愉快だったのからかもしれませんが、対応の仕方だっていろいろできるはずです。そこまで憎まれる筋合いはないと感じました。いくら若いとはいえ、初対面の人間に、しかも”お客さん”に、感情に任せて八つ当たりするのなんてもってのほかですよ。悪質なクレーマーがいるからこういう対応になるのか、こういう対応をするから、悪質なクレーマーが出てくるのかわかりませんが、私としても、複雑な気持ちになりました。

効率よく、適切にご案内いただきました。
駐車場の事前問合せに対する案内も
簡潔でわかりやすかった。
部屋や設備の古さは
古い建物でもあり、
織り込み済みで問題なし。
床板がチェアで破損していましたが、
キチンと補修されていました。
清掃、ベッドの寝心地も問題なく、
清潔に保たれていました。
お値段に対して十分です。

Cons:

強いて言うなら、
上記にある通り、設備の古さです。
ルームキーも、『鍵』式です。
気になる方は気になるかもしれません。

天井クロス剥がれ垂れ下がる
Pros:

スタッフの方が親切でした。

Cons:

予約した時シングルだったが、当日ホテル側の都合で変更になり承諾したが、天井のクロスが2か所はがれ垂れ下がってた部屋を用意されたのが残念。
予約時より200円高くなってた。

Pros:

少し早く着いたが、ホテル側で通常より
約2時間前から対応頂け、非常に有り難た
かった。
又、近郊の店舗の詳細も聴けて、滞在時間も
快適に過ごせた。

Cons:

電子レンジが一階にしか無く不便だった。
出来れば各階に設置して欲しい。

Pros:

スタッフの方が親切でした。
低価格なのに、必要な物は全て揃っていました。

Cons:

浴槽の水を抜いたら、流れが悪く、外に溢れてきて、トイレの床が水びたしになってしまいました。
枕が高くて固かったです。
