Over rated, and over price Hotel as 4 star hotel
Should be 3 stars only,
Staff y unfriendly with poor language skills
Also, some basics are missed when you check in, No towels on the room and you need to ask for it to get them and the toiletries are of the very cheep stuffs
Also, TV channels are of bad quality specially Saudi Quran, a s they were unable to get maj tenable person to fix it and they are using old & damage TV RC - there are picture of these RC

The hotel staff are nice and friendly
The hotel and room conditions are not pleasant.

Looks like an old place and need renovations. there are some smells.
Good place for Family and breakfast is also v good

We made over reservations through hotel.com for the reviews it had good rating and pictures of the reality was different.... Room was dirty had this weird smell. Poor air quality in room. The carpet was dirty. Had mold in the bathroom... Dust over the counter and chair. Tap and bidet had a leak and the toilet was loose... The room had no towels in the room upon arrival at 12 AM... As they were not prepared for us... It is not family friendly.... And smoke smell is all over the floors.... Breakfast was horrible... We ended up eating outside...

Internet: quite stable
Bfast: pretty good spread
Location: laundry, barber n eateries walkable
However my room was infested with insects, after a while didnt let it bother but everyday they are there esp toilet

C'était magnifique propreté genial l acceuil tres gentils et serviable staff aussi proche de corniche jeddah à 10 min à pied calme.

Bathroom roof and shower door was damaged. Lobby carpet & doors paint was dirty, A.C. control buttons were damaged. Beds & pillows were clean.

Reception : We were welcomed by the receptionist team. It was hard to find the booking but later on they found it.

Overall: overall it was a great experience and wonderful staff at the hotel, these wonderful people made the difference. The hotel is quite dated needs more updating but the overall I found it amazing and relaxing place.

The service provide by the hotel staff was good. Also the property is located in a convenient place. I could walk to the sea side.
However, the inside the property is old. They have done some renovation / repainting etc, but it was still visible that the property needs some more work.
The meal options are very limited. There are some fast food near by like pizzahut and McD, but no fanciful restaurants.

The hotel is super old, the room not well clean and the the maintenance terrible. The gym was close. Look more a 2 stars hotel

The hotel's proximity to central Jeddah is excellent - convenient to everywhere, and easy to get an Uber. Immediate area around the hotel is modest, and the food service was not to my liking. However there are some excellent restaurants nearby - in particular, check out the pastries at Blu Jam just around the corner. The room had a dramatic high ceiling, and it was helpful having a small in-room kitchen. The room was generally quiet, though the street noise was occasionally obtrusive and started early morning. Good wifi, with power outlets in the right places.

The hotel booking done onine was not recognized by the Hotel. Took an hour to confirm after arrival at the hotel. The hotel did not include the Breakfast which was mentioned at the time of booking and one of the reasons I selected this particular place. It was later accepted after showing them the details of the booking from Expedia site. Contacting help chat on the Expedia was another pain with no one available immdiately. The location of the hotel was perfect with amneties closeby and access to other locations. The staff was kind and helpful.

I reserved a king room and got a twin. Food is deplorable. I never knew hummus could taste so bad. Staff not service oriented
