Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally clean with beautiful well maintained gardens, tranquil setting close to the river.
The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome, , we booked our tours and airport pickup and they even dropped us off at the bus station for our return journey.
An added bonus was that a Rhinoceros hung out near the hotel giving a wonderful photo opportunity ,I would have no hesitation in staying here again and recommend to anyone

Worst hotel ever
Pros:

Worst experience of my life. Filthy washrooms that we're stinking really bad. AC not working. Lights flickering in our room. The staff were laughing at us, they had 0 customer service skills. Then they would not take our hotels.com booking and wanted to charge us extra as they didn't want to Honor the rate we received from hotels.com - they made us leave the hotel and find another place as we refused to pay extra.

Stay away from this place!!!!!
