Nice hotel but wifi connectivity to be improved
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent in the city center closed to restaurants and shops. Rooms are ok but wifi in the room i stayed very precarious you need to go close to reception to get it right

Prisvärt familjeägt hotell centralt i São Tomé
Pros:

Hotel Residencial Avenida , ett litet trevligt och prisvärt familjeägt hotell med centralt läge. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal som pratar franska o lite engelska.
Frukosten helt ok. Till middag rekommenderar
vi den mycket gott tillagade fisken.
Vi var tre personer och hade den ena av två sviter (två rum o badrum). Bra städning varje dag.
Hyr bil och åk runt på ön och bada i havet! Praia Tamarind är bäst i norr. För mer avancerade exkursioner rekommenderas kontakt med researrangören Navetour.
