Convivial 🥰
Pros:

Nous avons adoré l’accueil et l’ambiance familiale. Nous pouvons contacter le proprio à tout moment et il répond rapidement.
L’emplacement est parfait au milieu de tout. Grand parking couvert, piscine très agréable, possibilité de faire une machine à laver pour 5euros.
L’appartement est équipé du nécessaire assiettes casseroles, couverts tasses et d’une grande terrasse.
Merci pour la soirée barbecue 😉

Cons:

La seule chose c’est qu’il n’y a pas de volets aux fenêtres donc on est réveillé avec la lumière du jour mais avec un masque pour les yeux plus de problème

Relax a pochi minuti da Marina di Campo
Pros:

Appartamento spazioso e comodo. La posizione è appena fuori Marina di Campo quindi molto tranquilla. La piscina è ben tenuta ed è stato rilassante passarci un po' di tempo al rientro dalle gite prima di cena. Parcheggio privato all'interno della struttura

Good holidays stay, but they should improve few points
Pros:

The property was in a perfect location, not in the centre of Marina di Campo, however it was 3 minutes by car. The property itself is huge, located on a small hill, therefore no noise from traffic. They also have a large parking for cars.
The apartment was perfectly clean and the swimming pool was stunning, shame that was cloudy and rainy and we could not use it.
Sir at the reception was in a very good mood and extreme welcoming.

Cons:

The things that we did not like were a few:
1. they do not provide bed sheets and towels, unless you pay €10 per head. Never experienced something like this anywhere in the world.
2. they did not provide a shower mat, therefore as you can imagine, after a shower the floor was completely wet. But they do provide a super clean mop at least.
3. the kitchen was extremely equipped, however there were not liquid soap and a sponge to be able to clean our dishes. I understand that at the supermarket are very cheap, however it is very pointless for a trip of 2-3 days to buy a full bottle of liquid soap and a full bag of sponges. I think that they should at least provide the essentials.
4. same thing for the toilet paper, only one roll was provided. They should at least provide few more to be kept on the side, just in case. Likely we stayed there just 2 nights and we were in the apartment just in the evening.
5. another very weird point are the timing for check in and check out. The check in time should be after 4pm… a bit late if you arrive in the island in the morning like us. The check out time, instead, is at 9.30am… a bit too early if you think that the check in time for other guests is in the afternoon. Very very odd.
