Everything was good except for Saturday night when the karaoke was just too loud up till 3am!

Pros:

It was a nice hotel. Everything worked. Bed was nice, hot water, staff was very friendly, and it’s walking distance to cimplas and Paris van java. Only issue was the condition of the room. Cracked walls, drywall coming off of the ceiling butit didn’t I tercera with our stay. Breakfast was ok.

Pros:

This hotel tries really hard; has spacious rooms with high quality furnishings, and excellent personal service (e.g. ringing you up to ask if you want breakfast room service). The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed. Foreigners should be aware that no beer or wine is served.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, food was ok. Slippers in the room were dirty and shower-head needs to be changed.
