Dirty. Very. Ac unit extremely load.
Poor access to staff.
Breakfast was a total fail. Walked to the sister hotel to wait 20 minutes in total absence of staff. Breakfast?? What a joke. Stake cereal

I will never stay at with them again or ever recommend them.
Embarrassed to say the least that I spent this much money

No elevator

There was no coffee maker in my room, which was very disappointing. I consider this a basic item that should be provided. Then finding out the provided continental breakfast was at another location two blocks away meant my mornings were not the relaxing start I wanted.

My room was clean upon arrival, however I never saw a staff member during my stay and my room was never serviced again during my stay. I left the sign on the door requesting my room be made up while I was out. Very disappointed to return late in the afternoon to find the bed still unmade and no fresh towels. Also with the extreme heat it would have been nice to have another bottle of water.

My biggest concern is one of safety. On my first morning I was awakened by someone trying to enter my room. I yelled out and the person said something I could not understand. They did leave and I have no idea who it was. I want to believe it was a confused guest who got the wrong room, however, I do question how lost you can be when there are only 10 or so rooms in the place. I also know if I had scared someone like that I would have found a way to apologize even if it was slipping a note under the door.

It would have been nice to have at least one person on staff, since not everything is as obviously signed as it could be. The parking hours are also a touch confusing.

Rooms are very small; only place to hang clothes/coats is hooks and hangers on the wall; bathroom in my room had partial wall that limited access to the toilet making it very awkward to use; toilet paper roll nearly empty and no replacement was provided

There was no one at the property so we had to call them to help us get into our room.
There was no curtain or blind at the window so we had to use a towel to try and cover up the street light shining in.
There was barely any toilet roll left and we had to ask for more.
The bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied from the last person.
Breakfast was extremely limited eg bread & bagels plus banana bread and satsumas. Coffee was only in our room but we couldn’t get the Nespresso machine to work.

It would have been nice to have breakfast served and not have to pay 20. for parking.

The room was far too warm - even with all the windows open and the fan on. Did *not* sleep well at all!

There could have been breakfast. Also the website said there was free parking and we had to pay $22.60 per night which was a Total Ripoff.

Room was cramped. My husband couldn’t fit in the tiny shower. Washroom facilities a joke. Our room was fronting on the main road. We were not advised about having to reserve parking, so had to walk a short distance to park our car.
Breakfast was included - toast / scones /strawberries / yogurt
The description of the hotel room looked quite luxurious compared to the real thing. Overpriced for this hotel

More towels and pillows in the room
Room seemed small to be considered a suite

The bathroom was a little odd, with the toilet in one bathroom and the shower in the other! The shower was pretty small. But the water pressure and the soaps/lotions/shampoo provided were great.

The bed had really small pillows and not the most comfortable mattress or blankets.

Check in was a little clunky
