Extremely disappointing. We won
Pros:

There was NO Breakfast. The advertising was VERY misleading.

Cons:

There could have been breakfast. Also the website said there was free parking and we had to pay $22.60 per night which was a Total Ripoff.

Great value and location! Would stay here again!
Pros:

Location was excellent. Appreciated the ease of contactless check in/out!

Cons:

The bathroom was a little odd, with the toilet in one bathroom and the shower in the other! The shower was pretty small. But the water pressure and the soaps/lotions/shampoo provided were great.

Hotel was satisfactory for a one night stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good. However it would be better if coffee/tea was available ( there weren’t enough cups in our room for coffee and we assumed it would be part of breakfast.
Hotel was very quiet

Cons:

Room was cramped. My husband couldn’t fit in the tiny shower. Washroom facilities a joke. Our room was fronting on the main road. We were not advised about having to reserve parking, so had to walk a short distance to park our car.
Breakfast was included - toast / scones /strawberries / yogurt
The description of the hotel room looked quite luxurious compared to the real thing. Overpriced for this hotel

The location great; room very good, bathtub clean. Very comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

Two things: room too hot at night and couldn’t find a way to lower the heat. The bed, while lovely, was way too soft — to the point that we drifted into the centre. Sry but true!

We enjoyed being walking distance to the Avon , and liked the boutique feel of The Stratford.

It was just the 1 night, but a pleasant one.
Pros:

The location was excellent for us, walking distance to shops, restaurants and theatre. I did like the security of the 2 door codes for entry.

Cons:

The room was a little odd, 2 sinks in the room, a separate toilet room and another separate bathtub room. The bed I am told was comfortable. The mattress on the pullout sofa sloped enough to the bottom of the bed that I actually slid down to the bottom in the night.
