The staff were friendly and courteous, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my overall experience wasn’t great. The hotel was full of loud guests, and the lobby was noticeably dirty. I understand it’s an extended-stay hotel, but the atmosphere didn’t feel comfortable to me and felt more like a shelter than a hotel. I ended up checking out the very next day.
Everything
Getting out of there in the morning
Everything. Dirty, worn out furniture, smelly. Checkin took 30 plus minutes as I was waiting in line behind 2 "residents" arguing about rent payments. It was 2 am and I needed to get some sleep. They had to "go check" if my room was ready? There was no toilet paper in my room, TV didn't work and the was no trash can.
It was right off the expressway and can be seen
Everyone was nice and very helpful
How I would describe my experience here at extended stay it was very warm and welcoming. The staff went over in beyond to make sure my daughter and I felt safe and comfortable. Just that by itself I'm forever in debt. But there were a couple of things that I had concern about Mrs Evette Davis was truly sick and she came to work with a smile on her face and greeted everyone she came across.knoeing she needed to be in the hospital. To lose her as manager is an understatement you just weaken the glue that keep ESA running smoothly. The staff that worked right along kept this hotel up Their are few staff that like Shronda hall that go over and beyond and damn near put her family on the back burner for this job. The countless doubles and not to mention a full time mommy and student.
My stay at Extended Day America, Fridley has been great and has exceeded all my expectations. I’m currently in Minneapolis working on a 3-month contract job. Ms. Evet, the manager, has created a warm atmosphere, and she and her team are incredibly friendly, attentive, and have gone out of their way to ensure a great stay. The service is top-notch. The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows—great ambiance and cleanliness. Highly recommend!!
It had availability. The staff was nice and gave me an extra key card when I asked for one and also allowed two vehicles to be parked overnight on property. It’s next to a grocery store, gas station, buffet, and coffee shop all within walking distance.
Cockroaches, overwhelming smoke smell in a “non-smoking room”, facial clippings left around sink, cigarette holes in bedding, stained shower sheets, and loud freeway noise (there’s literally just a chain link fence separating the freeway from the hotel). While friendly, staff ran out of inserts for room card and didn’t tell us anything about WiFi, checkout time, how to find our room, or the free breakfast advertised on here.
The location was good. The room was quiet. Temperature controls in the room were good.
Furniture was worn. No shampoo in the shower. No wash cloth.
