Great , relaxing , lovely vacation stay .
Pros:

Close to shops , restaurants , easy walk and drive to downtown Bend . Excellent breakfasts , kind helpful staff . Loved it - we will stay again.

Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer
Pros:

Saubere und grosszügige Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück, den ganzen Tag Kaffee zur Verfügung. Die erste Empfangsdame war sehr nett und geduldig!

Cons:

Die etwaw ältere Empfangsdame war wirklich unglaublich unfreundlich! Man sollte sie nicht auf Hotelgäste loslassen, sorry!

It was comfortable.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, although we needed more pillows.

Cons:

Extra blankets & pillows. I have stayed at a few Springhill Suites, but this was the first time I have been charged for parking...a whopping $20.00!!! The shower sprays onto the floor before you even get thru the door, and it is very high. I am 5'4, so adjusting the spray is an effort.
