I put 4 stars because they lost 2of my tshirts in the laundry.
It was the last day, I didn’t open the very nice package they send me and I notice in Venice. I call them and they say I didn’t send them. It was very frustrating. I wait until the last day to continue traveling with clean clothes and I continue with less clothes .

Broneeringut tehes andsin teada, et meil on 7.07 20-nes pulma-aastapäev ja 5* tasemega hotelli juures oleks oodanud, et seda ka hotelli poolt meele peetakse. Meil oli broneeritud 2 Deluxe sviiti ja selle toa pildid on kodulehel ja Bookingus eksitavad, ses piltidel on see tuba rõduga, aga meie reaalsus oli see, et kardinaid eest ei saanud tõmmata, sest vastasmaja aknad vaatasid otse tuppa ning puudus igasugune privaatsus. See rikkus kogu üldmulje ja pigem ei soovinud toas rohkem olla, kui ainult magada. Sellise tasemega hotellis peaks hommikusöögil a’la carte menüüvalikud kuuluma hommmikusöögiga majutushinna sisse, mitte olema lisatasu eest.
Breakfast was great. Location was OK but far from any Hop On Hop Off bus stops.
Would have liked another chair in the room as one of us had to sit on the bed. It took 4 days to finally got a second chair.
Have dinner there once only as they charged 10 Euros for a plain glass of water
