A charming hotel with a perfect location, excellent service, and great food.
Pros:

A wonderful small and personal hotel with an unbeatable location. The service is outstanding – warm, attentive and genuinely caring. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with everything you need, and the breakfast is excellent with high-quality choices. The restaurant is both exciting and great value for money. A truly memorable stay that we would happily return to.

Large rooom in designer neighborhood.
Pros:

Wonderful location, close to high-end shopping and restaurants. Loved the neighborhood guide book we received at check in. Restaurant/bar on premise had an excellent breakfast. Room was very large and was decorated beautifully.

Cons:

We arrived at 2 PM and were asked to wait until 3 PM for check-in. When we came back at 3 PM, the room was still not ready and we were asked to wait another 30 minutes.

On our checkout day, we received several calls before 12 PM asking us to check out, without any consideration of the delay we faced during check-in.

Additionally, the checkout bill was incorrect.
