Pros:

品川駅から5分ほどですが、少し坂道になっているのでスーツケースを引きながらだとしんどい感じ。
部屋のテレビの後ろのライトだけどこで消せばいいのかわかりませんでした。
あと、バスルームはトイレと別になっているので洗い場もちゃんとあり入りやすい。
ボディーソープ、シャンプーリンスチューブタイプの物でした。
髪がパサついたので安い感じの物のような。
朝食は1階にあるロイヤルホストで和食、洋食を選べ、ドリンクバーもついていて無料なのは良かったです。
コンビニは近くにないのでホテルに行く前に品川駅かプリンスホテルの中のセブンイレブンで購入してからホテルに行った方がいいです。

品川駅から近く、飲食店もコンビニも近くにあり立地は文句ない。部屋は綺麗でアメニティも豊富で満足。ロビーに自由に飲めるコーヒーやティーバッグがあって良かった。窓からの見晴らしも東京タワーが見えて良かった。地方の親を宿泊させたら大変喜ばれた。すべて満点。

フロントの対応が親切で感じが良く好印象。禁煙ルームに空きがなく喫煙可の部屋へ滞在したが、廊下以外は匂いもなく、臭いうつりを気にしなくてよかった。電灯から蜘蛛がつーっと下がってきたのは残念。

立地条件がよく使いやすい。通常よりかなり高額な料金設定で一流ホテル並だったのに、時期的に訪日外国人が多く、エレベーターに女性客がバスローブと室内スリッパで入って来たのには驚いた。部屋の匂いも気になった。
