Angenehm aber mit leichten Mängeln. Fernsehen ist unmöglich!

Großes Badezimmer, gute Kästen, gutes Bett mit verschiedenen Polstergrössen, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Schlechtes Internet, einen Tag hat es überhaupt nicht funktioniert trotz Reklamation. Auch wurde an einem Tag das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Zu wenig Klopapier, mussten wir selber nachholen. Auch Fernsehen war unmöglich, wir konnten während der WM kein Match ansehen und das Bild war sehr schlecht, es rieselte.

Odličan hotel
Pros:

Hotel Festival je na odličnoj lokaciji, par minuta šetenje do Baščaršije. Osoblje je ljubazno. Jako smo zadovoljni čistoćom sobe i cjelokupnog hotela te oduševljeni kvalitetom i izobiljem doručka. Putovali smo s malim djetetom te je hotel ispunio sva naša očekivanja.

Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber, die Betten sehr bequem, das Frühstück lecker mit viel Auswahl, das Hotel selber liegt 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Sehr stimmig, jederzeit gerne wieder

La ubicación es muy buena. Las instalaciones y la limpieza excelentes y absolutamente todo el personal del hotel ha sido muy amable en todo momento. Personal muy agradable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
