Important information:

Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed in the wellness center. They can access at restricted fixed hours, accompanied by an adult, to the indoor pool from December to march.

The parking does not offer many places and for this reason it is subject to availability.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Up to two small dogs per room (maximum overall weight of 10 kg) are admitted on request and upon acceptance of the internal regulation, with the supplement of Euro 30 per day each one.
Larger dogs and all other animals, regardless of their weight and size, are not allowed.When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Very disappointing and poor service and no consideration for families

The pool with a view was great

Cons:

We booked as a family of four and specifically requested by phone two connecting rooms . Instead, we were given two completely separate rooms and told the only alternative was to pay an extra €500 for a junior suite which was available. There was no willingness to help or find a solution, which made the welcome feel very disappointing.

On top of that, there is no air conditioning, making the rooms uncomfortably hot during the summer. This is something that should be made much clearer before booking.

Overall, there was very little sense of hospitality or customer service. As a family, we felt completely overlooked and definitely wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Ottimo soggiorno e colazione eccellente a due passi dal centro di Asiago
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, l'area delle piscine esterne e della zona relax esterna è splendida con una vista davvero suggestiva su Asiago. Il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in 10 minuti. La camera ci ha soddisfatto, soprattutto per il comodo e ampio il balcone. Non abbiamo riscontrato troppi problemi con l'esposizione pomeridiana al sole della stanza nonostante l'assenza (opportunamente segnalata e spiegata) dell'aria condizionata, perchè tenendo la finestra aperta circolava una piacevole aria fresca, ma c'è da dire che abbiamo avuto fortuna con il meteo nei 5 giorni del nostro soggiorno e le temperature non erano troppo elevate. Bella anche la spa (io non sono una fan ma il mio compagno l'ha apprezzata molto) e comodo l'ampio parcheggio.
Nota di merito per la colazione: abbondante, con ampia scelta di torte e di salato, veramente un modo magnifico di iniziare la giornata. In generale ci siamo proprio goduti il nostro soggiorno nel meraviglioso Altopiano!

Cons:

L'unica cena che abbiamo scelto di consumare in albergo si è rivelata molto confusionaria. Cibo buono ma servizio veramente caotico, camerieri e metre costantemente in confusione; forse il problema era che essendo sabato sera c'era veramente tanta gente, anche se l'agitazione del serivizio l'abbiamo riscontrata anche durante la colazione e anche con molta meno gente. Consiglierei dunque di migliorare la gestione della sala ristorante e in particolare l'assegnazione dei tavoli, il cui cambiamento continuo crea difficoltà al personale e agli avventori.
Altro suggerimento - ma probabilmente non dipende dalla struttura - sarebbe comodo se il sentiero che conduce dall'hotel alla principale per Asiago e viceversa fosse illuminato la notte, in modo di non dover tornare in albergo dal centro immersi nel buio se si sceglie di spostarsi a piedi.

We booked as a family of four and specifically requested two connecting rooms, both during the booking process and again by phone before our arrival. Despite this, we were given two completely separate rooms.

The only solution offered was to pay an extra €500 for a Junior Suite. There was no willingness to help, no flexibility, and no effort to find an alternative. The welcome was extremely disappointing and the level of service was simply unacceptable.

This was a very poor start to our holiday, and as a family we felt completely ignored. We certainly won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this hotel to families expecting good customer service.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiorno per una notte. L'hotel era molto bello, grande e ben curato. La stanza disponeva di tutti i comfort, lo spazio esterno con le piscine era anch'esso molto bello e organizzato bene con anche tutti i lettini a disposizione.

Cons:

L'unico aspetto negativo che abbiamo riscontrato è stata la temperatura dell'acqua delle piscine interne al centro benessere, un po' fredda per i nostri gusti.

Hotel facile da raggiungere e in una posizione fantastica

Cons:

Per uno come me che è allergico alla polvere e agli acari la moquette non è il massimo,consiglio agli ospiti di evitare di appoggiarsi alla parte superiore della testata del letto e soprattutto sopra l'armadio .
La Spa e le piscine dell'hotel sono usufruibili a 360° da chi ama il naturismo altrimenti per coloro che amano il bikini possono usufruirne solo in parte.
Per le dimensioni dell' Hotel l'ascensore doppio in certi orari bisogna attendere ,

forse ce ne voleva un'altro,il bagno in camera senza finestra e aspirazione forzata è una pecca.

Struttura nuova e moderna, la spa molto ampia e fruibile. Nota di merito per la ragazza del massaggio, davvero in gamba.

Cons:

Non è possibile per chi deve mangiare senza glutine non avere nulla per la colazione. Siamo nel 2026!
