Poderia Melhorar
Cons:

O espaço do café é pequeno com poucas mesas. Nos quartos o box da cama é menor que o colchão e os lençóis não ficavam presos. Os corredores e escadas com sujeiras. Preço acima pelo que entrega.

Hotel com bom café da manhã, porém com falhas significativas em limpeza, manutenção, organização e conforto acústico.
Pros:

O café da manhã é excelente, bem servido e com boa variedade, sendo o ponto mais positivo da estadia.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, com roupas de cama aparentemente sujas, banheiro com forte odor de urina, box e espelhos sujos. Os abajures não funcionavam, as tomadas são todas 220v e o hotel não disponibiliza um ferro adequado — o local indicado possuía uma sala suja e um ferro quebrado e inutilizável. O isolamento acústico é ruim, sendo possível ouvir passos, conversas e até descargas dos quartos vizinhos e do andar superior. O estacionamento é pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes, e o cartão de acesso ao quarto apresenta falhas frequentes.

Custo beneficio alto pelo que o hotel oferece de comodidade. O quarto tinha duas camas de solteiro e apenas um cobertor. Equipe desagradavel não ofereceram qualquer auxilio com transporte, ou alguma informação sobre a cidade.
