Wilsons Retreat

Our 1 week stay at Wilson retreat was absolutely amazing, and the best hotel we have ever stayed at - it is the perfect combination of good friendly service from the staff and still a cozy and down to earth vibe. The location is the best on the island as it is quite and away from all the party hotels, and the perfect place to spot turtles is right in front of the hotel, so you can spit them while having breakfast at their beach restaurant. We stayed in the villa with a pool which was lovely and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

En faisant le tour de l’ile, on se rend vite compte qu’il s’agit du meilleur hotel de Gili T. C’est intime, petit, chill. La plage est publique mais ils font en sorte de trouver des transats pour les gens de l’hotel.
Bonne nourriture.
Le personnel est aux petits soins.

Firstly if you have never been to Gilli T Island you are in for a treat, what a wonderful location. Hotel was lovely and you can sit on the beach under the trees for your meals which was great. We snorkelled directly iff our beach and after a short swim we were in 5 metre deep water with lovely scenery. We had a room with private pool which was just a good size. Bed was comfortable and shower was in open air which was special. I highly rate this hotel.

Wilson's Retreat is fabulous. The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the east side of Gili T, but that is its appeal. It is a retreat and it offered us everything we wanted. Great service, friendly and accommodating staff and right on the beach which was just amazing. They were also happy for us to stay at the property and freshen up past our check-out time as we waited for our time of departure from the island. Would highly recommend.

4th hotel so far all my others I have 10 this probably a 5 service and friendlyness completely different to my other stays in Bali nusa and gili islands , wasn’t happy that I tried to get food at 10.18pm to be told kitchen closed at 10 so I went next door hotel who had same times but made sure they feed me instead so mark down on that part ,honestly I literally spent my time at another hotel and just slept here , prices they want 20 pound on every 100 spent service and tax not massive issue but most places have that included and still cheaper, would I go back no best front cramped and small tu must move away for better experience

Average stay beach is cramped service at the best trust me on that I stayed at so many places now in Indonesia spent my time at another hotel while I just slept here

One our favourite hotels that we have stayed at for a variety of reasons. Firstly, the location on the island is perfect for those who want to be away from the main harbour (where it is a lot busier and louder), while still having quick and easy access to any area of the island with the bicycles that the hotel allow you to rent!

The hotel has a restaurant on the beach front, which makes a great spot for breakfast (delicious breakfast!)

They also allow you to rent snorkelling equipment and even let us use the kayak at no extra cost!

We were in one of the Julu suites, and it was comfortable and spacious.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, which really made the trip special.

Amazing property and staff

길리에서 3박한 첫 숙소였는데 너무나 만족스러웠어요. 번잡한 항구에서 좀 떨어져 한적한 점, 아침에 파도소리 들으며 먹는 조식(에그 베네딕트, 미고랭 강추), 자연친화적이지만 모던한 화장실.. 지금은 모던한 숙소로 옮겼는데 그리워요ㅜㅜ 항구에서 거리가 좀 돼서 식당 갈때 좀 불편한 점, 숙소 내부가 약간 어두운 점? 정말 굳이 얘기하자면 이 두가지정도? 불편한 점 빼고는 다 만족스러웠습니다. 저만 알고싶은 숙소입니다! 강추합니다^^

Bellissimo posto dove soggiornare, silenziosa e camera ampia, servizi ottimi e tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Ottima pulizia e anche il mangiare non è niente male. Unica pecca che la sera c’è proprio poco da fare

Mooie bungalows in prachtige tuin vlakbij het strand en de zee waar je heerlijk kan snorkelen. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt en lekkere koffie.

Die Zimmer sind super schön, in einem Top Zustand, sehr geräumig, bequemes Bett und haben ein sehr schönes Outdoor Badezimmer. Der Check-in war sehr gut, sehr freundlich und es wurde alles im Hotel und dem Zimmer gut erklärt.
Die Frühstückauswahl ist gut. Die Speisen selbst haben uns nicht so überzeugt. Einerseits geschmacklich, andererseits die Grösse der Portionen. Leider waren Getränke & Speisen auch von Tag zu Tag unterschiedlich. Die Küche scheint nicht wirklich eine Linie zu haben. Nachtessen haben wir nur einmal im Hotel zu uns genommen, die Qualität und der Geschmack haben uns leider gar nicht überzeugt. Und von der Freundlichkeit und der Professionalität vom Hotel-Personal (Ckeck in, Büro), haben die Restaurant Angestellten leider fast nichts geerbt. Schade, das trübt den Aufenthalt etwas (für den Preis kann man etwas anderes erwarten).
Der Strand und auch die Sitz- & Liege-Möglichkeiten sind echt top.

Nous avions pris une villa avec piscine privée, elle est très agréable, pratique quand on a 2 enfants. Elle est située devant une belle plage, et un turtle point, donc vous pouvez faire du snorkelling directement devant l'hôtel.
Tout se gère directement par WhatsApp avec la réception de l'hôtel : le petit déjeuner, les cocktails sur la plage, ce qui est très pratique et efficace !
Pour accéder à l'hôtel, il faut prendre un taxi cheval pour les valises, et ensuite vous pourrez louer des vélos pour vous promener sur Gili T.

Staff was sooo nice and accommodating highly recommended!

A very nice resort on the nicer and quiet side of the island. I really loved the general set-up of the bungalows and the general design of the rooms. Our room was in a very good condition and we loved our outdoor shower. In general it seemed, as rooms and overall facilities were currently being updated and renovated where necessary.

Staff was friendly and available when needed. The location was great with own beach access on which you can also spot turtles.
Breakfast was ok as well as the restaurant food, however it was a little more expensive compared to other locations on the island.

Bicycle rental was not good, bikes were not in good condition ... .
The wifi was not reliable you have to login every time you use your phone or i-pad.
But i can recommend this hotel .

Fantastic place! Provides the idyllic island getaway of your dreams. Great food, bar, service, and atmosphere.

Paradisische Lage direkt am Meer. Ideal für Ruhesuchende abseits des Trubels. Bei Flut schönes Schnorcheln mit vielen Schildkröten direkt beim Hotel möglich.
Das Personal ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Unsere Villa war leider nicht in bestem Zustand. Löttchen um den Pool waren teilweise kaputt. Die Tpren schlossen nicht eichtig. So hatten wie immer viele Mücken zu Besuch. Schlafen unter dem Mückennetz ist entsprechend Pflicht.
Insgesamr abee schöne Anlage an einem wunderschönen Ort.
