Pros:

Sehr nettes Paar, das das Hotel führt. Sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Super Frühstück, tolles Rührei und großartiger Kaffee. Total sauber.

Solides simples Hotel mit allem, was man braucht
Pros:

Schlicht und sehr sauber, ideal für ein zwei Nächte. Frühstück war lecker.

Pros:

The entry system out of hours worked well (though needing to use this as early as 2pm is unusual). The room was simple but comfortable. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory. The location is easily accessed 10 minutes walk from the centre, and just a couple of minutes to nearest U-bahn station. But of course if you want to be right in the centre there are more central options. For the price the room was very spacious, I was alone but it would have been very comfortable for a couple.

Cons:

The main negative was the wifi which was flaky. At times it worked well, but it dropped out a lot, quite frustrating. I meant to mention this to the staff but forgot. Do be careful to note your room number on the screen as the key is blank and no print out is given, but you can ask the system to email you which is a good idea to do to make absolutely sure you know which is your room. Maybe that email though could be automatic via the original booking? The hotel does not look much from the outside, but inside its absolutely fine.

Service war top, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich - wir hatten vorab vergessen zu erwähnen, dass wir Allergiker sind und keine Federn in der Bettwäsche vertragen. Ist uns erst vor Ort wieder eingefallen. Obwohl wir nach den angegebenen Öffnungszeiten eingecheckt hatten ist noch jdn. aufgetaucht und hat die Kissen ausgetauscht. Vielen Dank dafür. Betten sehr bequem. Auch die junge Dame an der Rezeption sehr nett :-) Grazie Mille! Auch sehr schöner, geschmackvoller Frühstück-/Aufenthaltsraum, Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Reinigungskraft hat uns fast aus dem Zimmer geschmissen, dabei sehr unfreundlich gewesen, weil wir Check Out um 10 Min. überschritten hatten.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Von der Größe her sehr unterschiedlich. (3 Personen, 3 Zimmer..mal größer, mal kleiner). War aber nicht schlimm, da ja alles vorhanden war. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Frühstücksraum ist klein, aber dafür sehr gemütlich. Fast wie zuhause. Check in war super einfach am Automaten, da wir erst am späten Nachmittag ankamen. Beim Frühstück war alles da von herzhaft bis süß. Frisches Rührei gab es auch. Die Brötchen sehr lecker. Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Der Duscheinstieg war mir persönlich zu hoch. Für ältere Personen nicht vorteilhaft.
