Poca fiabilidad
Cons:

Dejamos olvidados pasaportes y documentos importantes en la caja fuerte de la habitación y a pesar de tener las maletas en consigna hasta tarde nadie nos avisó de que al limpiar la habitación la habían encontrado. Llámanos varias veces durante la noche y nos decían que no habían encontrado nada hasta que tuvimos que mandar a alguien en persona.

Amazing Rooftop Bar
Pros:

The rooftop bar had a great vibe for mid afternoon! The weather was perfect and the bartender JAMES, was very friendly and gave a great recommendation for their espresso martini! He encouraged guests to utilize the waitstaff at their tables instead of jamming up the bar area so guests and staff could move around easily. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Pros:

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I want to especially recognize Anai at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure I received my Marriott Bonvoy Account benefits for being a Titanium member and also ensured I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay.

Anai took the time to recommend great nearby restaurants and shopping centers, which made my visit even more enjoyable and convenient. Anai’s professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help truly stood out and made a lasting impression on me.

Customer service like this is rare, and Anai is a fantastic representative of the hotel. I highly recommend staying here, and I hope management recognizes what an asset she is to the team!

Good stay
Pros:

Was clean and in a good location. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. I’d stay here again.

Cons:

Just watch out for charges for services you didn’t use. I was charged valet when I didn’t even have a car. But the front desk manager was very prompt when I inquired about it and issued my refund. Also, not a fan of the layout of the room I was in. The “bathroom” is completely exposed to the room. Only the toilet room has a door. Luckily, this was a solo trip. But I travel with my teenage son often and that would’ve been weird.

Great location and room but a bit pricey
Pros:

Excellent location in downtown. Was consistent with other AC hotels high quality.

It was a bit pricey and the parking (via 3rd party) was very pricey

Pros:

beautiful city view from the room, great location, facilities are very nice, & rooftop bar was a great place to grab a drink with a city view

Cons:

rooms are on the smaller side with minimal privacy in restrooms. room service food was lacking and overpriced.

Hoarario fijo para limpiar no se puede y ya no van a ninguna hora
Pros:

Muy buen hotel solo que duramos 2 noches y nunca se limpio tuvimos que usar las mismas cosas para ban̈armos los dos dias, el desayuno estaba muy caro para lo que daban.

Cons:

No limpieron el cuarto en 2 dias
