Pros:

Friendly staff, nice interior design and a good deal of choices in breakfast. Shower is stronger than I expected.

However, my friend got locked out of his room due to technical error of the door lock. It surprised us as this hotel is rather new and this has never happened to me in other Hyatt hotels in the world. Hyatt should look into this.

酒店就在市中心，去那裡都很方便，附近有商場，也有很多餐廳及酒吧，酒店很新也很整潔，洒店職員很有禮貌，大致上都十分滿意

酒店職員好有問題
Pros:

我在6月中經Expedia 訂好房及全數付款，但7月14日入住的酒店職員跟我說沒有我的訂單，連我介紹我的朋友訂這間酒店的訂單都沒有，我覺得酒店訂房部的職員都好有問題。最後擾攘很久，回到香港還要跟酒店及Expedia 跟進事件令人很反感，慶幸的是Expedia 的職員很幫忙。此酒店我永遠不會再入住。
